Tara Jarrett

Tara Jarrett, B.Ed (P.E) has been a teacher, instructor, personal coach and lecturer since 1992. At this time she created Australia’s first Private R.T.O delivering Cert 3 &4 Fitness Courses.  

Her education and qualifications in the areas of Reformer Pilates, Exercise Instruction and Education has continued over 30 years.  She has presented Corporate Wellness, Team Building and Transformation Programs to Australia’s major companies, Universities and Fitness Industry Businesses.  

She has owned 24/7 Gyms, Reformer Pilates Studios and is the Founder and Creator of @Pilates 24/7.  @Pilates is the culmination of a lifetime of fitness education, experience and the deeper understanding of the current day member – their wants, needs and obstacles.

Russell Jarrett

Russell Jarrett, B.App.Sci (P.E) & M.Ex.Sci (Strength and Conditioning) has been a Physical Performance Coach working and touring with National Teams and Elite Athletes for over 30 years.  

As an A.S.C.A. Level 3 Coach he is a key Strength & Conditioning Presenter.  He created Australia’s first completely online R.T.O. delivering Cert 3 & 4 Fitness Courses and has owned and operated 24/7 Gyms and Personal Training Studios where he has trained and transformed 1000’s of clients.  

He is the Creator and Host of ’The Australian Fitness Podcast’, has presented Keynotes, Seminars and Workshops Internationally and is now Head of Sales at @Pilates Franchising Pty Ltd and the core creator and developer of the extensive online training platform which is the ’soul’ of @Pilates 24/7.

Madi

Madi Beck

Madi has been a professional dancer for the past 12 years travelling in shows in Macau, Hong Kong, Germany, Belgium and all over Australia.

Alongside performing, Madi has been teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates for the past 5 years throughout general population, clinically alongside physiotherapists for rehabilitation, pregnancy friendly classes, and recently with AFLW’s North Melbourne in preparation for their current season. Madi recently completed her Exercise & Sports Science degree at Deakin University and is an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach.

Madi has spent the past two seasons as Strength & Conditioning coach for Heidelberg Football Club alongside their back-to-back premierships as well as Strength & Conditioning coach at Melbourne Girls Grammar. She has just finished touring with Rookie Me for the AFL & AFLW Draft Combine and hopes to continue spreading her passion of movement and athletic development through her teaching philosophy of education.

Instructor Shani

Shani Clark

Shani Clark graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters in Physiotherapy Practice from LaTrobe University in 2012. Since then she has worked in both the public and private healthcare systems, and has been a Pilates instructor at the local gym.

In her 10 years of experience she has completed two Post Graduate Certificates in Physiotherapy at Melbourne University – Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and Women’s Health & Exercise, and is DMA Clinical Pilates Certified. Working with pre- and post- natal women, and treating people with incontinence conditions is where her passion lies.

Instructor Ellyn

Ellyn McCartney

Ellyn is a reformer & mat Pilates instructor who did her qualification with Breathe Education which has the #1 Pilates training facilities ranking in Australia. Ellyn has been qualified for 5 years, is trained in pre & post partum, as well as advanced, beginner and intermediate levels of fitness.

Ellyn also has lived over in the UK and worked for Korin Nolan’s studio which is ranked #3 in the UK whilst featuring on Power Pilates TV. She has done various campaign shoots for Pilates franchises in Australia, with modelling for brands such as Bonds active range & Tiiffiny Hall’s fitness brand. She recently worked with New Balance, Hype DC and Adidas in paid collaborations.

Qualified by RMIT with marketing and business, with her fitness knowledge she has worked alongside fitness franchises such as BFT & Pilates studios in growing their businesses & managing their advertising strategy.

After years dancing professionally, Jane discovered Pilates as a way to support and strengthen her body – and was instantly hooked.

Since completing her instructor training in 2016, she’s been fortunate enough to teach across both Australia and London, and has developed a deep passion for Pilates education, leading teacher trainings across the country.

Now in her final year of a Physiotherapy degree, Jane is passionate about continuing to learn and building upon her years of experience in movement and teaching. Her classes are motivating, uplifting and inclusive – designed to challenge you to explore your strength, while still honouring how your body feels and meeting you where you’re at. Pilates has had such a positive impact on Jane’s life, and she hopes to pass that same enthusiasm on to others.

Caitlyn is a passionate mat & reformer Pilates instructor with over three years of teaching experience under her belt. Holding a Cert IV in Pilates Matwork and Reformer, she brings a positive and uplifting energy to every class.

Caitlyn ensures that every session is accessible to all levels by offering both advancements and modifications, allowing everyone to move with confidence and ease. Her approach blends precision with flow, helping clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel their absolute best. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned mover, Caitlyn’s goal is to make class empowering, enjoyable, and something you truly love coming back to!

For as long as Monique can remember, movement has been her passion, whether it was performing on stage as a professional dancer for five years, guiding a class through a spicy Pilates session, or bringing people together through wellness events. Monique’s journey has taken her across different spaces, but the heart of it has always been the same: helping others feel strong, connected, and empowered in their bodies.

Living in Bali, she deepened her knowledge as a Pilates instructor, teaching mat and reformer across multiple studios while immersing herself in the world of mobility, strength, and mindful movement. With years of experience as a strength and mobility coach, Monique built a deep understanding of how the body moves and adapts, and she loves nothing more than helping people unlock their strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Beyond the studio, she is all about creating community – whether it’s through her brand Move W Mon, hosting workshops, retreats, and corporate wellness sessions, or leading outdoor movement experiences, she thrives on bringing people together to move, connect, and feel good.

Briana’s passion for movement began at a very young age, running around her mother’s dance studio. Having trained as a dancer for most of her life, Briana discovered Pilates early on in her career as the perfect complement to her dance training. Despite eventually leaving dance behind to pursue other artistic endeavours, her passion for Pilates stuck, and in 2022 she completed her Pilates instructor certification.

Briana finds great joy in sharing her passion with others, helping her clients enhance their overall well-being, and ensuring that each individual feels valued and empowered—no matter where they are on their Pilates journey. Briana’s classes will have you leaving full of knowledge, inspiration and wanting to go that next step further with her positive attitude and encouragement!  

Alongside teaching, Briana is also a professional actor and a graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).

Steph has been a certified mat and reformer Pilates Instructor for over 5 years and has recently upskilled completing her Clinical Pilates Studies. Steph’s background in movement started with dancing of 15 years prior to becoming an instructor and has always felt passion in movement. She believes movement strengthens her mentally and physically and is a way of getting out of her head and into the body. Steph loves being able to share her passion, Pilates style and philosophy beliefs with others whilst incorporating her knowledge into spicy flows. She can’t wait to connect on the platform, looks forward to challenging you and allowing you to feel good in your body!

Christian Burgess

Christian is a proud husband, father, personal trainer and owner of 3 @Pilates Franchises in QLD.

As a Personal Trainer, Christian focuses on strength training to prevent injury and increase athletic performance. Implementing this practice into his own routine, Christian has recently completed the Melbourne Marathon and an Ultra running event covering 67kms.

His passion for Pilates stemmed from the benefits he found as a footballer and runner when incorporating it weekly into his own training.

Christian played in the VFL, represented his state and most recently coached in QLD where his side recorded their 10th consecutive premiership.

He’s found the perfect blend for his training methods, implementing dumbbells into his reformer and mat classes with @Pilates. He loves that the members of his studios have access to an extensive range of classes, from top-tier instructors who provide a wealth of knowledge and cater to all who walk through the door.

Jordan is a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor who has been teaching in Melbourne since 2020. After years of struggling to find consistency with training, his first experience with Pilates transformed his connection to his body and mind.

Raffaella

Raffaella, Founder of RAFA Movement brings her vibrant energy, approachable teaching style, and passion and expertise to every class. She began her career in 2018 after completing her Diploma in Clinical Pilates and Anatomy in Functional Movement. Her journey included working alongside leading allied health professionals in Melbourne, where she deepened her knowledge and honed her skills.
In 2022, Raffaella returned to her hometown in New Zealand, where she opened a boutique Reformer Pilates studio. There, she works daily with a diverse range of clients, from teens to seniors, athletes to new mothers, and individuals navigating chronic pain and health challenges. Her classes are tailored to meet a wide range of needs, making Pilates accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Her own journey with chronic pain began at 17 when she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Despite this, Raffaella pursued a decade-long career as a professional dancer in the entertainment industry nationally and internationally, developing resilience and discovering ways to manage her own pain.

Raffaella combines her personal journey with years of professional expertise to help clients feel stronger, more aligned, and confident in their bodies. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, her engaging sessions will leave you feeling inspired and empowered.

Arna Singleton

Arna Singleton is a APPI Mat & Reformer Pilates certified instructor as well as a respected and professional hip hop/street choreographer, dancer & performer. She has already reached a career goal highlight when chosen to dance with Madonna in Toronto, Canada, after an intense audition process.

Arna is a professional dancer, choreographer, Pilates Instructor and overall movement lover! After attending over 1000 Pilates classes in 2.5 years Arna was so inspired by Pilates, she decided it was time to become a certified instructor and share her knowledge and love for the movement form. She currently teaches in across various studios in Melbourne.

She is completing her Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and is dedicated to her own training in Pilates, marathon running and participation in the worldwide fitness hybrid athlete event, Hyrox.

Her study of movement, muscle control and isolation has been recognised in her dance work as she is known for detailed choreography and precision movement execution. As the Creative Director of her own hip hop/commercial dance company, The Legacy & Co, she encourages passionate individuals to push their limits and show up as their best version. Her varsity crew, Infamous, qualified and represented Team Australia Hip Hop International Worlds, held in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, placing 30th in the world at the semi-Finals in 2023.

Arna loves the creativity and challenge that Pilates is transforming into and is continuously inspired by the constant evolution of the multiple layers that Pilates can offer.

Lauren is the proud founder of Women’s Health Physiotherapy Mackay, who had the vision to create a clinic exclusively for women and continues to have a huge passion to educate and empower women.

With over 10 years of experience working in both the public and private sector she has spent most of her career working in close consultation with Obstetricians, Gynaecologists, Midwives and specialist doctors. Lauren is a big believer in keeping women active and strives to be an advocate for all her patients.

Lauren has completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Pelvic Floor rehabilitation in 2016 and then went onto complete her Masters in Women’s Health and Continence and in 2020. She additionally has her Professional Certificate in Management of Pelvic Organ Prolapse including pessary fittings, and has complete Pilates training including pre and postnatal. After falling in love with breastfeeding, she completed her Lactation Consultant course to became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

Lauren’s passion for empowering women to show up as they are and continually learn about their bodies is second to none, and she cannot wait to share her love for movement with you!

Nat Costanzo is a Master degree qualified Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, Reformer Pilates Instructor, Peri Natal Exercise Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. Nat is a powerhouse in the fitness industry and well-known for her strong classes alongside her wealth of knowledge she shares throughout. She loves to empower you to understand your body, how it moves and the why behind movement with her master’s background. Nat has over a decade’s worth of experience in the fitness industry where she has worked in both one-on-one and group settings with clients at some of Australia’s leading fitness groups, including Saint Haven Private Wellness Club, KX Pilates and Fernwood Fitness Women’s Health Club. Nat’s vision: “I’m passionate about people, movement and learning. I want to help everyone to connect with exercise which they are excited about, feel challenged by, and to have fun while doing it. As co-owner of @pilates Brighton with her mum, Jules wholeheartedly believes in the @pilates model and the freedom it gives members to move when it suits them. She loves guiding members to find confidence in their practice and build strength that lasts.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her shopping for her next wardrobe favourite or curled up with a good book and a matcha in hand.

Esther’s Yoga journey started 17 years ago whilst she was pregnant. For her, Yoga is a way of life, as a mum of 3, she is passionate about living a holistic lifestyle & staying sane!

Esther’s classes offer a juicy flow, challenging mind & body, and welcomes all levels of experience. As a qualified counsellor since 2001, she is extremely passionate about targeting links between anxiety & stress and listening to how we feel physically, mentally and emotionally.

Her credentials include, 10 years Yoga Teaching (Adults / Kids), 350 hours Yoga training, BA Counselling, Yoga therapist, Owner of My Serenity Yoga and proud mum!

Kate is a professional dancer that found her love for reformer Pilates early on in her career. She went on to study full time dance after high school where she earned her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management and a Diploma in Musical Theatre. Since then, she has been working as a professional dancer in the commercial dance scene.

She fell in love with Pilates as it complimented her dance training and her desire to become an instructor grew from there. Kate loves how exciting Pilates is, a dynamic workout that leaves you feeling strong and powerful. She has been an instructor since completing her Pilates training in 2019 and is so excited to have joined the @pilates Family. You’re sure to be pushed and work up a good sweat in Kate’s class.

Lauren has been a teacher of movement since 2016. She is passionate about guiding others to connect to themselves on a deeper level through embodied movement. Her classes are an invitation for self-inquiry, and building a relationship to the inner physical, emotional, and energetic landscapes. She has taught a variety of classes and worked with a number of individuals and now takes joy in teaching solely Yoga and Pilates. When not teaching, Lauren loves nature, camping, and adventuring in the outdoors. Not only is Lauren a qualified yoga and Pilates teacher, she has a bachelor’s degree in psychology, diploma in fitness and Yoga therapist. In nurturing and wise hands, come and flow with Lauren D!

Jessie Burgess is a Doctor of Chiropractic & RYS 200 Yoga Teacher who also has a keen interest in Nutrition holding a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition. She is the owner of @Pilates Yeppoon, Emerald and Gladstone and Total Health Chiropractic SA alongside her husband Christian Burgess. 

Jessie has worked in the wellness industry for the last 12 years, working one-on-one and in group settings in some of Australias leading Yoga Studios and Chiropractic Clinics. Primarily working in the Women’s Health and Pregnancy space and as a mum of a very active little boy she knows first hand how important it is to prioritize your health – both physically and mentally. 

She brings a gentle, yet effective form of movement to leave you feeling an overall sense of wellbeing.

Jordan is a professional dancer with a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. Having practiced Pilates since a young age, Jordan developed a deep appreciation for its benefits in enhancing strength, flexibility and body awareness. To further her knowledge, Jordan pursued formal training as a Pilates instructor and has been sharing her expertise through teaching for over four years. Dedicated to helping others improve their physical and mental well-being, Jordan combines her background in dance with her Pilates training to create a thoughtful and fun approach to movement.

Jacqui has been a Pilates teacher since 2022 and loves teaching a dynamic, contemporary-style Pilates class. She loves playing around with different props to keep her classes interesting and fun!

Jacqui has a group fitness and yoga background which inspired her to teach Pilates. She loves teaching and always tries to sprinkle all elements of the three disciplines into her classes to compliment the movement and connect the mental and physical. There is nothing she loves more than a plank challenge or a cardio burst to finish off a fun upbeat mat or reformer class!
