Jordan is a qualified mat and reformer Pilates instructor who has been teaching in Melbourne since 2020. After years of struggling to find consistency with training, his first experience with Pilates transformed his connection to his body and mind.
Jordan’s classes are grounded in control, form and a place of inner strength. He hopes to help you find a mind body connection to every movement and have you leaving feeling energised, accomplished and of course, gorgeous!
