Dynamic Duos is a five-week challenge aiming to complete at least 4 sessions a week for 5 weeks – 20 classes in total!
The Dynamic Duos Challenge has been designed to complete alongside a friend OR solo! If you choose to bring a friend new to the studio for the challenge, you will both receive 50% off for the whole challenge! The goal is to up the ante by being consistent, moving strong, and challenging your body with new and old favourite instructors! These classes have been designed by instructors to equip you with classes to take you to the next level and gear you up with knowledge. Consistency, work ethic and motivation will be your best friends for the next 5-weeks! Workouts have been created and combined to progressively develop your cardiovascular fitness, core strength and general fitness. Countdown is on, we can’t wait to move with you!
Note: If you have NEVER participated in an @pilates Class you must contact your studio manager to arrange an orientation session before commencing this program. Level 1 = beginner/base level classes. Level 2=intermediate/advanced level classes. Please refer to your studio manager if you are unsure which level of program would be most suitable for you.
