Originally from Newcastle, Denny has been teaching Pilates for over 3 years, bringing a strong passion for movement, strength and performance into every class. Outside of the studio, you’ll find him training Muay Thai, playing Futsal, jamming on the guitar or spending time with his pet chihuahua.
Denny first discovered Pilates in 2021 whilst recovering from illness and quickly fell in love with the way movement could rebuild both physical and mental strength. Since then, he has continued to deepen his knowledge and passion for functional movement, lower body strength and athletic conditioning.
With a background and love for sport and performance, Denny’s classes are designed to challenge you with strong, controlled movement patterns that build strength, endurance and confidence. Expect plenty of juicy lower body burn, spicy lunge sequences and squats that will leave you feeling strong from the ground up.
Denny loves creating energetic classes that push your limits whilst keeping movement fun, empowering and accessible for everybody.

Join Denny in this beginner-friendly session where you’ll be working with heavy springs to really feel the burn. Expect simple, foundational movements performed on heavier resistance to help build strength, control, and confidence in your Pilates practice. This class stays true to those Pilates fundamentals while still giving you a nice challenge along the way.
