The Wunda Chair is an incredibly beneficial piece of Pilates apparatus, that assists to refine technique. The Wunda Chair consists of four springs that can be adjusted to create more support, or more of a challenge, not leaving you lost for an array of options to level up! Wunda-ful!
Wunda-ful is an express Wunda chair class with Madi that focuses on the lower body strength, balance and mobility, whilst honing in on the correct technique for execution. This session is great for all levels, including pre- or post-natal in all trimesters. All you need is the Wunda chair and the gondola pole. Come move with Madi!

Roll Over Prep
Roll Over Prep with Steph uses the Wunda chair to perfect your deep core connection in rollbacks, roll downs and activation of the deep, juicy core muscles alongside pelvic stability. A great session to refine your skills to implement in your mat and reformer practice, let’s level up!

Pike Prep
Pike Prep on the Wunda Chair with Steph is an intermediate session. This class will be focusing on the “pike” and how to prepare for execution, proper technique and conditioning to perfect your pike on any apparatus! A short, fun session to refine your skills across all apparatus for core activation and control.

Wunda Wonder
Join Steph for a mindful Wunda chair session stretching laterally through different mermaid variations. This session will aim to increase mobility through the side body, length through the posture and strength through the torso, all whilst getting a great stretch too! An amazing session to reset the posture after sitting for a long time.

A great session focusing on resetting and strengthening through the postural muscles, as well as the incorporation of balance and stability. A session for all, but in-particular those who have been sitting down at a desk and of course runners!
