Challenging Combos
Challenging Combos is a beginner-intermediate level class with challenging layers in different planes of motion. Using your box, Pilates ball and straps to increase the difficulty, join Tegan for a controlled, challenging, fun class! Expect to see some single arm work, abdominal variations, reverse tippy birds and so much more of Tegan’s spicy fun!

Pilates Pro
This intermediate class with Caitlyn, is designed to challenge your strength, control, and endurance with dynamic, full-body movements. Expect a balanced mix of stability work, strength-building, and mindful mobility as you level up your practice. Expect to see some bridges, single leg squats and skaters, planks, rotator cuff exercises, tippy birds, hamstring curls, scooter, double arm check work and so much more!

Bow and Arrow
Join Steph for a full body reformer session that is core heavy with strong legs. This session will work the shoulders, back mobility as well as strengthening the body overall. You’ll move through snake combinations, tricep and shoulder work, step ups, planks and lunges to name a few. Come move with Steph!

Sculpt and Flow
Come and move with Mon and she takes you on a sculpt flow with key focus on stability and core. You’ll be moving through wheelbarrows, footwork, kneeling splits and squats, single arm strength, rows, crunches and legs in straps variations to name a few. Strong and Sculpt

Building Intensity
Join Lauren D and Charlotte for a full body, intermediate reformer class that utilises the booty band for a deeper activation and of course … SPICE! Join these wonderful women, for some Pilates exercise favourites like flying splits and side lying with an advancing twist!

Stability Full Body Burn
Join Kate & Charlotte for a simple yet fun intermediate reformer class. Sleek Moves is a full body, intermediate level reformer class that uses the weights. Unbreakable Uppers Express
Unbreakable Uppers Express, is all levels friendly, comprising on a variety of movements utilizing your weights through the upper body. Hitting shoulder, back and chest, surrender to the spicy flavor of the uppers, building strength and tone.

Slick Shapes
Tegan takes you on an intermediate flow all around the reformer with various exercise favourites such as legs in straps, planks, some juicy stretches and fun challenges in-between. This intermediate level class, utilising the box is a great full body tune up hitting all the key targets of the body! Enjoy!

Beyond Balance
Beyond Balance is an intermediate reformer class consisting of full body strength with a close focus on core and trunk control, and light legs challenging your balance and stability. Join physiotherapist Jane for some spicy sequences with the box, Pilates circle and wider platform, leaving you feeling active, strong and aligned!

Dynamic Double
Dynamic Double is an intermediate, reformer class that both double trouble, Jacqui and Charlotte will be moving through with you. You’ll only need a box and weights to smash out this session. Twist It
Fire up your core and unlock your spine with this rotation-focused Pilates session designed to build strength, mobility and control. Join Kate for an all-levels friendly reformer class using the Pilates ball for an extra challenge. You’ll also need to have your wider platform inserted. Some moves to expect are side lying glutes, plank variations, woodchoppers, donkey kicks, hamstring curls and pull ups to name a few.

Pump it Up!
This intermediate Pilates class with Jacqui uses the Pilates ball to focus on stability. Jacqui will give you layers to advance your practice and give you some extra spice sprinkled on your movements! Expect to see bridges ab work, squats, lunges, splits, single arm upper body work and funky combinations in-between!

Monumental
Two times the spice and two times the energy with Kate and Charlotte moving you through a beginner-intermediate level reformer class using the Pilates ring, circle and box. Pilates Kickstart

Come and move with Steph in a flow that will ensure you get well equipped with the long box, with the goal of increasing reformer knowledge and practice – the type of class to do if you are still learning the reformer, refining Pilates practice whilst

Join Nat for an all-levels friendly reformer class focusing on coordination through movement with correct execution. In this session Nat will slowly take you through various movements around the reformer and demonstrate how to flow from one position to the next like a pro! A great session to refine form, and for those who want to refine execution and coordination flow. Let’s move and groove team!

Power Player
Join Nat and Mitch for Power Player – a beginner friendly session on power! In this class we focus on timing and tempo to increase our fast twitch muscle fibre contribution to our movements, which increases our ability to use power when we move, hence increasing sport and daily activity performance. Only need your weights and your amazing body to go!

Powerhouse Workout
Powerhouse Workout is an advanced reformer class that uses the weights, Pilates ball and wider platform. Mandy, in her true fashion, will give you so many layers if you choose to accept, or leave to attempt at a later date. A session that embraces lifting the heart rate and challenging the stability.

Power Legs
Power Legs is a full body reformer class with key focus on lower body, involving the quadriceps & hamstrings. Energy Booster
Energy booster is an intermediate reformer class run by the energizer bunny herself – Ricki! You’ll need a yoga block for this flow and a gondola pole if you need assistance with balance. Great session for all, especially those pregnant mummas in trimester 1 and 2 – Let’s go!

Standing Express
Ricki takes you on an intermediate – advanced express, reformer session using the gondola pole. This class has balance, strength and mobility work for that lower body, including some tricky standing sequences with the strap. A fun one to challenge yourself!

Pole-tacular!
Pole-tacular is an intermediate reformer class led by Ricki that utilises heavier springs for strength movements and mobility. You’ll need the rolldown bar for this one, and you’re set to go. Great for every body, including pregnant clients trimester 1 and 2- let’s get it team!

Total Body Bump
Total Body Bump is a reformer class for all levels and pregnancy friendly! Ricki will take you through a session focusing on spinal mobility and postural alignment alongside shoulder and glute movements with key emphasis on the upper body. Great for all bodies and all levels – let’s move!

Glutes for Two
Glutes for Two is an intermediate reformer class with Ricki using your booty band, box, weights and gondola pole. This class is great for all bodies and is pregnancy friendly, however please take extra breaks when needed, avoid exercises that don’t feel great in the body and have your gondola pole ready to assist your balance. Come bump out and get those glutes firing with Ricki!

Method to the Madness
Join Ricki and her beautiful bump for a pregnancy friendly reformer class targeting full body, with extra love for those legs – in true Ricki style! This session is an intermediate pregnancy session, great for trimesters 1 and 2, with modifications for trimester 3. Take only the layers that feel good for you. Steph has programed a session filled with planks, abdominal strength, standing balance combinations with curtsey lunges and some upper body combinations! Come move with Steph slowly and strong!

Moving Mindfully
Join Steph for an advanced reformer stretch and mobility class using the long stretch band and the wider platform. Whilst this is a stretch and mobility class, Steph will be implementing some balance work within the stretches, alongside some activations to get more bang for your buck within your session. Lots of extending through range of motion, dynamic stretches, deep mobility and releasing through the overall body.

Stillness in Stability
Stillness in Stability is an express mat class, for the intermediate level. Kate’s focus in this full stranding workout, is to challenge stability, whilst giving layer on layers to improve mind body connection and control. You’ll need your mat and weights. A must do for improvement in balance & stability.

Points of Concentration
Points of Connection with Lauren D is an intermediate mat work class using the mat and 2 yoga blocks. This express class gives you key points of mind and body connection to improve your mobility, strength and activations in fundamentals alongside some fun balance challenges!

Wunda Chair Magic
Wunda Chair Magic with Madi is an express Wunda Chair session that focuses on balance, posture and the lower body. This session is great for all levels and all bodies, especially for those pre- or post-natal. Please ensure you watch the Wunda Chair tutorial prior to commencing the class. Reform Unite
Reform Unite with Caitlyn is an advanced level reformer class targeting your full, fabulous body using the gondola pole to assist with balance and the box. Glute Fire with a Twist
Come join Arna for a unilateral leg and upper body focused reformer class with key emphasis on calves, hamstrings and glutes. No equipment is needed for this session, just your amazing, strong self! Full body session for intermediate movers – Let’s move!

Join Arna and Charlotte for a strong, spicy, reformer class for advanced levels. This class focuses on strengthening through the glutes, quads, core and overall upper body focus. Join Caitlyn and Steph for double trouble in a body build advanced class. This session puts the heat in SPICY! Control, balance, coordination – all a must in this class. Only weights needed for this one spring, full body flow, with key emphasis on lower body – let’s smash it!

Formed Flow
Come move with Arna in her full body reformer class. This session is for those intermediate to advanced goers who are ready to challenge their reverse facing lower body work with challenging stability and balance lower body combinations! Glute Love and Spinal Mobility
Nat takes you on an intermediate reformer class using the ball, weights and the wider platform – have the gondola pole handy for any assistance with balance. This session is full body, with focus on glute burn and using light springs to facilitate controlled movement, as well as spinal work with side bending movements and mobility.

Cardio Crush
Join Nat for an all-levels express cardio mat class – Cardio Crush! no equipment needed, just your energy and a mat. Nat will give you options if you are avoiding any jumping or high impact movements. You’ll have 4 exercises, 3 times repeated, 30 seconds on with a 20 second rest – let’s smash it team!

No Peri-Problems
Join the master Nat for an express, cardio, all-levels mat session! This class has been created for all bodies and gives you options for many levels to create higher or lower impact. Nat has specifically programmed this class with science backed time duration and exercise choice for those who are going through perimenopause – the programming she has implemented help assist through symptoms and increase bone mineral density overall. A class for all, but a great choice for those bones – let’s crush it!

Radiant Reformer
Steph takes you on a beginner reformer class – the only equipment you’ll need is to have the box handy. Her session is comprised of side lying footwork, oblique planks, single arm shoulder and triceps work, legs in straps and lots of fun combinations in between! Come move with Steph!

Steph’s Favourites!
Join Steph for an intermediate reformer class that is all her favourite exercises rolled into one fun flow! Think legs in straps, side standing legs, bilateral upper body, rowing, mermaids and some core work! No equipment is needed for this session, simply your wonderful self and the reformer.

Ace Advance
This advanced reformer session uses weights and the box with the one and only Steph! Steph takes you through some elevated lunge and plank combos, combined with back extension mobility and lots of fun combos in-between. This class has layers to advanced which makes it challenging, as well as multiple variations to hit upper body mobility, dynamic core and lower body combinations.

Rhythm and Rebound
An advanced reformer jump board class with Steph will have your heart rate pumping, your coordination challenged and moving in fun and new ways! Whilst this session is predominately lower body with lots of jumping, there are elements of upper body and core too. You’ll need your booty band and jump board ready for class – if you need assistance putting in the jump board, please see staff or go to @p101 and watch the jump board tutorial. With the heart rate pumping, jump into this fun and challenging one!

Fluid Fire
Fluid Fire is a beginner friendly fundamentals class with Jules using the reformer and box. This session is full body hitting the upper body, lower body and core for balance, strength and mobility. A solid session to improve overall form and strength – let’s do it!!

Inner Thigh and Glute Fire
Join the amazing Jules for a beginner friendly reformer class using the box and ball. This session is a great fundamentals class, to hone into form, technique, breath and encompassing the Pilates principles with correct movement. A must do and one for the favourites – come move with Jules and get that fire going!

Double Trouble
Join Monique and Charlotte for a beginner-intermediate level reformer class using the Pilates ball. Monique will cue you and Charlotte through this session, giving you ways to level up and push your Pilates limits – a fun one with two amazing, boss women!

Stability Flow
Stability Flow with Mon is an intermediate reformer class, that requires the Pilates ring (SPICY) and box! This class will have you in multiple positions, layers, pulses and holds, to give you bang for your buck and give you the opportunity to level up your standard Pilates movements. Monique will have you in more layers than a cake – delicious and spicy! Only equipment needed is the booty band and box for your advanced reformer class. Lower back Strength & Mobility
Lower back pain is such a common occurrence, and a frustrating one at that! This class aims to improve spinal mobility, whilst also strengthening through your back and center. Physiotherapist Lisa has designed with class for those who need a postural reset, and how you can move safely and execute full body movements to support your trunk. This is a great class for anyone who has a history of lower back stiffness, niggles or even if you’ve been sitting down too much! A full body, all levels friendly class with Physio Lisa!

Whole Body Reset
Join Madi for an all levels friendly Wunda Chair stretch session. Please ensure you have watched the Wunda Chair Tutorial prior to commencing class. A beautiful stretch with will hit the whole body, those tight spots and a great postural stretch too. Great one for all levels and all bodies!

Perfect Posture & Balance
Join Madi for an all levels friendly, posture and balance focused Wunda Chair session. Please ensure you have watched the Wunda Chair Tutorial prior to commencing class. A great session focusing on resetting and strengthening through the postural muscles, as well as the incorporation of balance and stability. A session for all, but in-particular those who have been sitting down at a desk and of course runners!

Perfect Posterior
Join Madi for an all levels friendly, posterior focused Wunda Chair session. Please ensure you have watched the Wunda Chair Tutorial prior to commencing class. Mellow out flow
This class is a great one to mellow out with Esther and take some much-needed mindful movement with intention. Show up as you are and mindfully move and mellow out with the wonderful Esther.

Gen X Strength & Power
In this intermediate full body session, we focus on core strength targeting back and abdominal muscles as well as thigh muscle power output and glute muscle endurance. A great, solid class to target those larger muscle groups to assist bone mineral density and strong bodies to fulfil daily activities. Come move and groove with Nat!

Joyful Joints
A full- body Pilates session which will challenge your joint flexibility and increase your strength and stability with particular focus on ankle, hip and core musculature. This class is great for all levels with options to progress and regress, alongside pre- and post-natal options. Co-ordination King!
A Full body intermediate workout that is likely to get the sweat pouring with a focus on thigh and glute strength, short bursts of High intensity exercise, and uni- lateral upper body work to even out strength and flexibility differences by side. This workout utilised both upper body and lower body throughout the entire class challenging your co-ordination, balance, strength and movement quality. A great one to keep you on your toes and working on that mind-body connection.

Siracha Glutes
A full- body intermediate workout with complex but achievable light resistance leg work taking you to Spice City! This session will have your back feeling stronger, your glutes burning and obliques popping creating a stronger and more flexible body overall. Light Spring Love
A full- body strength- based workout focused on inner thigh and core strength. This class is perfect for all levels as Nat gives multiple options for every BODY that challenges mobility and balance with your favourite Pilates strength exercises. With core rotation, crunch and plank movements, and light resisted leg work, this session will have you feeling stronger, more mobile and more confident on the reformer. Join Nat for her Full body class that will challenge you with high reps with back-to-back exercises for muscular endurance catering to all levels!

Trim and Tone Circuit
A circuit is a series of exercises performed consecutively then repeated a number of times. This class consists of 2 different exercise circuits when put together create a complete cardio strength workout. Circuit 1. Large muscle groups, high repetition, creating intensity levels to increase heart rate and fitness responses. Circuit 2. Upper body strength and control. Designed to improve arm, shoulder, upper back and core strength and control

Total Body Realignment
An all over complete body stretch class designed to revitalise and enhance joint movement and assist with pain relief. Lengthen muscles, improve joint mobility and free body stiffness and soreness. A great class to do regularly – I guarantee you will feel rejuvenated and revived.

MAXIMISING Strength with SUPERSETS
This class targets all major muscle groups and will really challenge you and your strength capacities. It follows a simple format of work-rest-work, much like a traditional gym workout, but using the Reformer and some weights. Take your time, have some extra rest periods if necessary, we know you’ll enjoy the challenge of this workout and the response that you get from improved strength and body control.

Balance and Co-ordination Focus
An easy to follow, fast paced Full body class. There is an emphasis on co-ordination, strength and balance. Suitable for the intermediate level participant.

Interval Training – Reformer Fitness and Fun
Challenge co ordination and cardiovascular fitness with jumping intervals interspersed with strength and mobility exercises. These higher intensity aerobic efforts improve overall fitness using the jump board and combine strength and mobility exercises for a fun effective workout.

Cardio Jump Board Circuit
A fun and purposeful circuit class using the Jumpboard and Pilates Box to emphasise core strength and Pilates Fitness. A complete body workout focussing on upper and lower body strength and coordination.

Strength Circuit – Challenge Your Fit
A unique class designed to challenge strength and coordination. With the addition of dumbbells and traditional pilates exercises, this class is perfect for participants wanting to push themselves and add some variety to their workouts.

Challenge your Strength and Co-ordination
This class has a terrific variety of movements put together with slight variations and challenging combinations. This was fun to instruct, and I know will test your strength, balance and coordination

Mixing it Up – A ‘bit’ of everything including JUMP BOARD
This well balanced class provides a total body strength and muscular endurance workout. Legs, back strength and Upper body exercises are performed in an easy to follow format. The Jumpboard and Pilates Ring are used to emphasise core strength and joint mobility. A solid class if performed regularly will improve fitness and other physical components.

‘Six’ of the BEST – Fast paced strength / endurance CIRCUIT
This class is structured around a circuit style format. It captures basic movements of large muscle groups with a steady pace and shorter rest periods. Do your best to keep up, but if you need rest, simply pause the Ipad. The 6 major movements are repeated through 3 circuits. At the end you should feel like you’ve had a solid strength workout with a healthy dose of aerobic work. Please enjoy.

Pilates + Strength 2
This is a Full body workout which challenges all major muscle group and trunk strength through a combination of standard and advanced Reformer moves combined with a Dumbbell movement. The pace is on from the start, so get ready for a solid workout.

Pilates + Strength 1
This class format is a new and challenging format where you will superset (combine) a Reformer movement with a DB movement to strengthen specific body parts. It’s good a solid pace, the movements cover the entire body and it’s a great way to combine different methods into one workout.

Pilates + Strength 3
This class is a challenging series of movement combined in a number of triplets. Reformer to Dumbells to Abdominal Strength. It’s achievable, but the pace is constant, so get your equipment ready and mind engaged and enjoy this new combination of Full body work.

Gentle on Joints – Maximising Movement
This class is especially effective for those who suffer with joint pain and find it difficult to kneel, bend deeply or support bodyweight. This class will assist with body movement and mobility and provide an effective method to work on strength and endurance. All movements are designed to target large muscle groups without difficulty.

Pilates + Strength 4
Here’s another challenging workout for you to try. This one has a series of “triplet” movements that covers legs, core, upperbody and even some bodyweight moves to get your heart rate up a little. It’ll keep you moving and covers all the major muscles in a simple to follow format that will keep you both physically and mentally engaged. Ready…..GO!

Pilates + Strength 5
This workout once more combines 3 useful modalities of training – Reformer, DB’s and your own Bodyweight into a challenging series of combinations that will address your entire body. I have purposely kept the pace fast in this class, so get ready, once we start, we keep at it. ENJOY

Full body Stretching
Another opportunity to work on your much needed flexibility and mobility through a selection of key movements providing some of my favourite moves.
You can also use this as a longer cool down and flexibility session following one of our tougher workouts. Relax, Breathe, Stretch and repeat. Enjoy.

Pilates + Strength 6
Another collection of challenging moves combining the best of the Reformer, along with bodyweight movements and a solid pace to bring that aerobic component up as well.
So push yourself through this, you’ll hear me puffing along the way with you. Challenging but achievable. Have fun with it.

The Full Pilates Flow
For a more traditional Pilates experience this Full body Pilates experience will work you from top to bottom with a smooth flow of achievable and challenging movements that will need your full focus and attention. Technique is the focus in this.

Challenger Workout
This class covers the entire body through a series of challenging and connected but traditional Pilates exercises. The pace is constant and exercises generally come from a more advanced level. This is one for the traditional and experienced Pilates user. Enjoy the session.

Full body Stretch – Focusing on Key Tight Spots
This is a 25 min class focusing on the major areas of tightness that we see people present will commonly. It does goes over the whole body, I’m sure you will find a few movements in this class that make you feel more relaxed and mobile, especially through the lower back, hamstrings, hip flexors and into the upper body as well. Take your time, I have kept the pace slowly, focus on your breathing and relax into all the movements. Enjoy!

Pilates + Strength 7
This Class contains plenty of challenging movements both on and off the Reformer. It targets legs, core and upper body, so in this 40 min workout you’ll get some serious work done across all your major muscle groups. The pace is constant, so pay attention to the cues and teaching points that I deliver and it will flow nicely. Challenging yet achievable, I think you’ll enjoy this session a lot. Get stuck into it.

Max Mobility
Our ‘Go To’ total body stretches. Make them part of your daily routine to improve range of motion and reduce pain.

Pilates + Strength 8
This class provides a terrific balance from head to toe, utilising an easy to follow, yet engaging blend of Reformer, Bodyweight and DBells. Legs, Core work, Upper body strength, it’s one with THE LOT!

Express Yourself with Weights
Pilates and weights, the perfect combination of strength and mobility. A fast and ferocious Full body workout targeting the major muscles of the legs, shoulders and trunk.

RJ goes express with 7 moves covering the whole body and hitting the Abs.

Strong is the new S*xy!!
Control your body and hold your form. Increase intensity through precision movement, uniform speed and technique. A great class to keep your body trim and toned improving posture and body alignment.

Lock in the Building Blocks
This session is appropriate for all levels and is a ‘MUST DO’ class for those relatively new to Reformer Pilates. A total body class with an emphasis on single leg exercises. You will add to your exercise repertoire and technique of the foundation building block exercises. Remember – Technique is Everything!

Advanced Full body Strength and Control
This class is designed to challenge all the key body parts. It’s a collection on mostly bodyweight movements and will require good levels of Strength and Control. This will be a good challenge, but as always, concentrate on using your ideal technique.

Building a Solid Foundation
A balanced total body workout – Core, Legs, Arms and Back. Introducing some new foundation exercises and building on teaching tips and techniques. Core is the underpinning focus area while you increase your upper and lower limb exercise repertoire. Understanding good technique will help you get a more effective workout.

Traditional Full body on the Reformer
This is a good session for anyone of an Intermediate level, even touching into some Advanced moves. After your brief warm-up, you’ll go through a leg series, core series and a back / pull series. Nothing too tricky in here, but it’ll hit the spot for sure.

Full body Burn (with Weights)
This is a 40 min Full body session, using Weights for some extra burn. Class 1 of the Body-by-MADI series. Enjoy

Full body SPICE (with Box and Ring)
Spicy by name and certainly spicy in nature- this Full body work out hits the spot, Madi sprinkles the spice heavily in this one. Goodluck!

Full body BALANCE (with ball and Box)
Another Full body workout, this one has all the cool moves using the box and ball for additional variety

Full body GLOW (with Box)
The final class in the inital series of 5, the Full body GLOW, using the Box, brings it all together.

Pelvic Floor Focus

Pilates “LASAGNA”
You’ll need the long GONDOLA Pole and SHORT BAR throughout this class. MADI gets creative in this class with a range of different and challenging movements in different positions and different planes of motion. Traditional Full body Flow
If you enjoy a more traditional format of Reformer moves, this one hits the spot. It also combines movements across the whole body, top to bottom and front to back. This one gets the job done. ENJOY

Flex and Flow
This full body class will hit all the targets you need: core, glutes, upper body, quads, shoulders, triceps and more! Flex and Flow takes you through beginner movements you know well but takes you on the next level by challenging and changing base of support, equipment and different planes of motion to spice it up! Express Endure Cardio
This Express Endure Cardio mat class has 3 blocks of work in it and all levels friendly. In each block, there are 3 exercises you complete 3 times through. Each time we come back to that base exercise, there is an option to advance and challenge the movement. This is your chance to lift and work at a higher intensity for that cardio burst!

Express Endure 2.0 Cardio Mat
This Express Endure 2.0 Cardio mat class has 3 blocks of work in it and all levels friendly. Same format at the OG Express Ensure: In each block, there are 3 exercises you complete 3 times through. This “mixed bag” class is a great class to take you on a full tour of the reformer. Leveling up from beginner to more challenging movements, this class utilises a range of equipment to deepen your understanding and technique. Come Level Up with Tara!

This Full body advanced class takes your regular movements you’ve done before with a bit of a spin! Layers to make you shake, different planes of motion to challenge your stability, all alongside little rest to work you hard!! Abs, arms, and legs galore; take it at your own pace and move with Madi

Lunge City!
Full body strength class at an intermediate-advanced level will have you shaking, baking and quaking. Quad and booty squad I’m calling you – 360 lunge combo alongside strong upper body work testing your muscular endurance. Come move with Madi!

Full body Gains!
Christian’s Full body strength is the perfect hybrid of functional strength training, meets reformer training. For all your Full body strength needs, join Christian as he moves through strong movements to increase your overall muscular strength and gains!

Pilates Plus Strength
In true Rusty fashion, his Pilates Plus Strength class will take you on a Full body workout using functional movements alongside some reformer favourites!! Legs, arms and core galore, this class will target Full body for intermediate levels. Let’s go!

A great class for those ready to jump into the next level of strong movements, with Full body target and some advancements in core and pelvic floor activations. Flow and Glow
