
4 weeks of Fundamentals
Build on your foundational skills and introduce more challenging movements and techniques. You’ll deepen your understanding of core engagement, enhance your flexibility, and improve your overall strength and body control. Each week features targeted workouts that focus on refining your form.
Week 1

Siracha Glutes
A full- body intermediate workout with complex but achievable light resistance leg work taking you to Spice City! This session will have your back feeling stronger, your glutes burning and obliques popping creating a stronger and more flexible body overall. Nat’s knowledge on movement will help gear you up with all the tools on the WHY and HOW, giving you education to last a lifetime on your movement journey. Meet you in Spice City – Let’s go!

Around the World!
In true Madi style, she will take you around a full 360 reformer motion hitting all your targets – lowers, uppers and core!
Different body positions will challenge your basic reformer movements you know and love to take your Pilates skills and form to the next level. Around The World we go with Madi – all aboard!
Week 2

Traditional Full body on the Reformer
This is a good session for anyone of an Intermediate level, even touching into some Advanced moves. After your brief warm-up, you’ll go through a leg series, core series and a back / pull series. Nothing too tricky in here, but it’ll hit the spot for sure.

Spicy Loaded Jump Board!
Ready to get sweaty?! Steph’s jump board class will challenge your strength, muscular endurance and cardiovascular system alongside spicy balance combinations! Come have some jumping fun with Steph’s spicey loaded jump board class!

Body Attack
Body Attack by Tegan is a great class to bridge those beginner and intermediate classes. Whilst the movements are beginner friendly, the layering, principles used, and programming, takes it up a notch to challenge you to the next level! A fun session with Tegan!

Total Triumph
Total Triumph is an intermediate, full body class utilising the booty band to spice up your activations faster! Join the enthusiastic Caitlyn alongside Madi, as she takes you for total body movement, incorporating unilateral and bilateral work testing your upper body strength, lower body balance and core capabilities! Loads of layers and advancements for that extra body love. Join Caitlyn for one of her favourite classes!
Week 3

The Full Pilates Flow
For a more traditional Pilates experience this Full body Pilates experience will work you from top to bottom with a smooth flow of achievable and challenging movements that will need your full focus and attention. Technique is the focus in this.

Back to the JUMP
An ideal class for rehab outcomes and relearning leg strength, jumping, and using the jumpboard. This class is also suitable for anyone looking to enjoy jumpboard training and leg training generally.

Body Love!
Join Exercise Physiologist Nat for a full-body intermediate workout focused on uni- lateral upper and lower limb strength, incorporating some HIIT sets to get your heart rate up and going! This session’s goal is to increase strength by influencing bone mineral density and muscle mass in large muscle groups, via uni-lateral movements for a stronger YOU!

Full body Glow Up
Are you ready to SHOW UP and GLOW UP?! Full body Glow Up is a combination of strength & cardio bursts to work through muscular endurance alongside some spicy strength. Heavy legs, plyometric cardio bursts, with some chest and back strength work, all combined to GLOW UP! There are many layers to each exercise, so take what level you’re ready to conquer today. Let’s GLOW!
Week 4

Pilates Pump Up
Come move with Mandy in this intermediate-advanced, full body reformer class! Mandy will be using the Pilates ball to give you some extra challenge and fun! A great one for those advanced movers, ready to tackle a strong class!

JUMP for the BURN
Join Jane for an intermediate jump board express Pilates session! Focusing on strength, intensity and a short but spicy jump flow, this class is a perfect one to tack on the end of your session for some extra fire! Core and legs targeted jump board – always a favourite!

Form & Spice
This intermediate total body targeted class with Raff will have you moving the whole body at once giving you a coordination challenge and strengthening your mind-body connection. A great session following along the infectious Raff, giving you key elements to focus on to refine your form and technique.
