A structured 4-week ‘tour’ around the platform. Perfect for beginners, these classes focus on building a strong foundation in core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each week, you’ll learn fundamental movements and techniques that promote proper alignment and posture, while also enhancing your overall strength and stability. Experience a supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace and gain confidence in your practice. Get ready to feel stronger, more aligned, and energised!
Week 1

Pilates Playbook
This class is straight out of the Pilates Playbook. A full body workout designed to teach and challenge, resulting in a class that will leave you with a great workout and a deeper understanding of Pilates fundamentals. This class is an essential to refine technique, build on fundamentals and lock in your basic underpinning movement principles. Join Tara and Rusty for a fundamentals class that targets full body and strength – a must do class for all!

Total Target
Total Target is a full body reformer class great for beginners. Jane’s program uses the Pilates ring and the box to facilitate movement and create advancements. Jane gives detailed explanations, key cues to improve your Pilates form and will be cheering you on throughout the whole session!

Building a Solid Foundation
A balanced total body workout – Core, Legs, Arms and Back. Introducing some new foundation exercises and building on teaching tips and techniques. Core is the underpinning focus area while you increase your upper and lower limb exercise repertoire. Understanding good technique will help you get a more effective workout.
Week 2

Lock in the Building Blocks
This session is appropriate for all levels and is a ‘MUST DO’ class for those relatively new to Reformer Pilates. A total body class with an emphasis on single leg exercises. You will add to your exercise repertoire and technique of the foundation building block exercises. Remember – Technique is Everything!

BEGINNER F.L.O.W
Perfect for the Beginner level, this FLOW class takes you smoothly through a series of upper, lower and Full body movements. As always theres a focus on technique and quality of movement. Nail this class a few times before moving on
Week 3

Light it Up
Move with Madi as she takes you on her signature 360-degree tour of the reformer hitting abs, arms and legs all in the one 45 min session! Using the booty band to light up those legs into a spicy burn, this class is a great one for all levels! Come move with Mads!

Perfect Control
Join Raffaella for a beginner, full body reformer class with key focus on pelvic stability. A great class that encompasses full body movement, emphasizing control, supported movement and technique execution. Raff will be smiling with you and cheering you on the whole way!
Week 4

Level Up!
This “mixed bag” class is a great class to take you on a full tour of the reformer. Leveling up from beginner to more challenging movements, this class utilises a range of equipment to deepen your understanding and technique. Come Level Up with Tara!

Move, Shake, Bump!
Join Jordan and her beautiful Bump for an all-levels reformer class. This one is friendly for post-natal mummas, trimester 1-2 mummas to be, with options/regressions given for trimester 3. Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff. Move, Shake & Bump out with Jordan!

Jump Board, Legs and Upper body Circuit
This brings all your favourite elements together is a nice little challenge package. Targeting the legs, core and using the Jump Board for some co-ordination and leg power. This one covers the lot!

Move For You!
Join Lauren for a stretch class for all levels, catering for all bodies! Move For You, is a great class for stretching out that upper back and targeting those tight spots, making it a great stretch class for an everyday stretch, long days at the desk, new mums, pregnant mummas, runners, golfers and everyone in between – a great “one size fits all” stretch & mobility class. Let’s move for you, with Lauren!
