These sessions are designed to incorporate high-intensity movements to raise your heart rate and increase overall cardiovascular fitness. With a vast range of Pilates movements, functional movements and various pieces of equipment including the beloved jump board, these sessions will leave you feeling sweaty and satisfied with that extra GLOW!!

Strong Legs and Light Cardio
Two powerful, strong ladies take you through Strong Legs & Light Cardio: an intermediate level class with the wonderful Kate & Charlottle. Kate will have you moving and grooving, whilst Charlotte executes and guides you through this class. This session is full body with key emphasis on the lower body. You’ll need weights, the wider platform and gondola pole for strengthening leg work and simple cardio bursts, sprinkled with a little bit of upper body. Let’s Move!

Mixtape Series – Full body and Jump board
Mixtape series: Welcome to the Mixtape Series. These classes have been created using existing express classes, fused together to make longer, stronger and more spicy classes! This means you could be moving with 2-3 of your favourite instructors in the one class!
This class is an intermediate reformer class with Shani and Jane, focusing on full body and the jump board! You’ll need weights, jump board and the wider platform.

Cardio Crush
Join Nat for an all-levels express cardio mat class – Cardio Crush! no equipment needed, just your energy and a mat. Nat will give you options if you are avoiding any jumping or high impact movements. You’ll have 4 exercises, 3 times repeated, 30 seconds on with a 20 second rest – let’s smash it team!

No Peri-Problems
Join the master Nat for an express, cardio, all-levels mat session! This class has been created for all bodies and gives you options for many levels to create higher or lower impact. Nat has specifically programmed this class with science backed time duration and exercise choice for those who are going through perimenopause – the programming she has implemented help assist through symptoms and increase bone mineral density overall. A class for all, but a great choice for those bones – let’s crush it!

Rhythm and Rebound
An advanced reformer jump board class with Steph will have your heart rate pumping, your coordination challenged and moving in fun and new ways! Whilst this session is predominately lower body with lots of jumping, there are elements of upper body and core too. You’ll need your booty band and jump board ready for class – if you need assistance putting in the jump board, please see staff or go to @p101 and watch the jump board tutorial. With the heart rate pumping, jump into this fun and challenging one!

Lift
Short, sweet and a fun little express reformer burner to get that heart rate up! Heavy spring choice to target those strong legs, with weight utilisation for coordination challenges! Mandy will be encouraging you every step of the way in this intermediate, full body fun session!

Raise the Roof
Raise the Roof is an intermediate mat class great for strength across the whole body, and specifically those avid runners out there! Steph will target key muscle groups, challenge muscular endurance and move strong on the humble mat! This session is fast paced, with hints of cardio and lots of coordination with full body movements. Only mat and weights are required. Let’s move on the mat!

Cardio Hardio
Express Cardio with Nat is an intermediate reformer session targeting full body. No equipment needed for this sweat session, just your wonderful self! Short, sweet and so much sweat let’s go!

Sweat!
Smash an intermediate class with Nat! Key goals are increasing muscle mass, increasing bone mineral density and increasing aerobic fitness. You’ll only need a set of dumbbells for this sweat session! Let’s Hit IT!

Flying Splits Tutorial
An exercise favourite are the infamous flying splits. In this tutorial, Jacqui will take you through how to execute properly with form, grace and confidence! Let’s glide, jump and shine!

Bounce and Burn
Join the dynamic duo Tara and Rusty for a beginner express class. Learn how to insert and use the Jump Board efficiently and effectively. This class will teach the techniques specific to jump board exercises and continue to build your Pilates repertoire, focusing on the lower body and core.

Jump and Move
An intermediate – advanced jump board, reformer class with Madi using the ball, focuses on time under tension, muscular endurance and some fun jumping around! You’ll hit the whole body hear with some cardio bouts, slow releases and “spicy” moments! Enjoy!

Spice City Glutes
Spice City Glutes doesn’t need an introduction…but Madi will be taking you through an express glute focused reformer class using the jump board, box and ball. Let’s, jump, move and build those glutes, with a layer of core-of course!!

Power and Grace
Power & Grace is an intermediate mat class, focusing on strength, high intensity and a total body hit out. Join Steph for a powerful session of control and strength using weights, with elements of high intensity to get the heart rate going!

Hints of HIIT
Hits of HIIT is a great class for those who want a little extra intensity embedded within your session! Tegan takes you through a full body intermediate class, however, is friendly for beginners and advance goers too with options to challenge the exercise or keep it simple. Some fan favourite incorporated exercises, including those fun flying splits! Join Tegan for a fun class, refining your form and taking on new challenges!

Short & Spicy
Do not let the length fool you…short BUT oh so spicy! A perfect one to add on to the end of your session for that extra flavor! Tegan takes you through layers of planks and squats to spice up your life!

Extra Express
Extra Express with Nat is an all-levels friendly express class that will raise your heart rate and hit the whole body. She’s quick, she’s fiery and bound to get that blood pumping and endorphins flying!

Lower Body Fire
Get ready for an intermediate level quick but fiery workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. In just 15 minutes, you’ll use the jump board to blast through intense cardio intervals that target your legs, core, and glutes, all while keeping your heart rate up. With each explosive jump, you’ll build endurance, power, and strength—plus, you’ll have fun while doing it! Core & Cardio
Core & Cardio with Tegan is an intermediate reformer class great to increase the heart rate, gain aerobic fitness and strengthen through the core. Let’s move & groove!

Impact
Join the amazing Nat for an express, high intensity, total body mat class for all levels! IMPACT is a cardio session focusing on impact loading to help increase bone mineral density and aerobic fitness! You can’t help but smile in this class, moving with Nat and leveling up your education all in one. Let’s IMPACT!

Strong & Sweaty
Exercise Physiologist Nat takes you through an intermediate level reformer class that incorporates high intensity movements with full body target and a strength focus. Strong and Sweaty will get your heart rate elevated, accompanied with dumbbell functional movements to build strength – let’s get Strong & Sweaty with Nat!

Jump Around
Jump Around with Jacqui for an intermediate jump board class. If you’re unsure how to install your jump board, head to the @p 101 Tab and watch the tutorial, or ask a staff member. You will need dumbbells and the Pilates ball for extra mind body coordination!

Sweat Nation
This advanced jump board class will have you sweating and working to a whole new level with Sweat Nation! Steph will take you through various lower body targeted exercises hitting your cardiovascular system and muscular endurance. Steph will be cheering you on every step of the way, helping you move one step closer to levelling up alongside refining technique and alignment. Sweat, drip and jump with Steph!

Cardi Partyyy!
Come and join your biggest cheerleader Ricki for a dynamic reformer workout aiming to increase the heart rate and take your fitness and strength to a new level! This class will challenge AND inspire you, alongside a lower body burn. Ricki will have you motivated and ready to GO GO GO!

Co-ordination King!
A Full body intermediate workout that is likely to get the sweat pouring with a focus on thigh and glute strength, short bursts of High intensity exercise, and uni- lateral upper body work to even out strength and flexibility differences by side. This workout utilised both upper body and lower body throughout the entire class challenging your co-ordination, balance, strength and movement quality. A great one to keep you on your toes and working on that mind-body connection.

Baby Got Back!
Join Tegan for her famous Full body style class we all know and love! With layers to challenge your body, high reps to build muscular endurance, getting your heart rate up and a sweat to glow! Targeting the back of both arms and legs, the smiling assassin Tegan challenges you to push your limits.

Body Love!
Join Exercise Physiologist Nat for a full-body intermediate workout focused on uni- lateral upper and lower limb strength, incorporating some HIIT sets to get your heart rate up and going! This session’s goal is to increase strength by influencing bone mineral density and muscle mass in large muscle groups, via uni-lateral movements for a stronger YOU!

Express Endure 2.0 Cardio Mat
This Express Endure 2.0 Cardio mat class has 3 blocks of work in it and all levels friendly. Same format at the OG Express Ensure: In each block, there are 3 exercises you complete 3 times through. Each time we come back to that base exercise, there is an option to advance and challenge the movement. This is your chance to lift and work at a higher intensity for that cardio burst!

Express Endure Cardio

Full body Glow Up
Are you ready to SHOW UP and GLOW UP?! Full body Glow Up is a combination of strength & cardio bursts to work through muscular endurance alongside some spicy strength. Interval Training – Reformer Fitness and Fun
Challenge co ordination and cardiovascular fitness with jumping intervals interspersed with strength and mobility exercises. These higher intensity aerobic efforts improve overall fitness using the jump board and combine strength and mobility exercises for a fun effective workout.

Cardio Jump Board Circuit
A fun and purposeful circuit class using the Jumpboard and Pilates Box to emphasise core strength and Pilates Fitness. A complete body workout focussing on upper and lower body strength and coordination.

The ‘LOT’ – Upper body, strength, mobility, unilateral legs and JUMP BOARD
This Intermediate / Advanced Class is 58 min in duration and will challenge your Pilates Fitness. It has greater emphasis on upper body strength and core control. New exercises are introduced in a different order interspersed with mobility stretches. Unilateral Leg work is completed with a jump board series and will challenge you for the full hour.

Mixing it Up – A ‘bit’ of everything including JUMP BOARD
This well balanced class provides a total body strength and muscular endurance workout. Legs, back strength and Upper body exercises are performed in an easy to follow format. The Jumpboard and Pilates Ring are used to emphasise core strength and joint mobility. A solid class if performed regularly will improve fitness and other physical components.

Challenger Workout
This class covers the entire body through a series of challenging and connected but traditional Pilates exercises. The pace is constant and exercises generally come from a more advanced level. This is one for the traditional and experienced Pilates user. Enjoy the session.

Pilates + Strength 7
This Class contains plenty of challenging movements both on and off the Reformer. It targets legs, core and upper body, so in this 40 min workout you’ll get some serious work done across all your major muscle groups. The pace is constant, so pay attention to the cues and teaching points that I deliver and it will flow nicely. Challenging yet achievable, I think you’ll enjoy this session a lot. Get stuck into it.

Introducing the Jump Board. Learn how to set yourself up correctly and have some fun while getting a killer core workout. “It’s all about the glide”. Uni lateral legs with a focus on Lower body and glute strength.

Athletic Legs
I really enjoyed putting this one together! Leg strength is such a critical aspect of overall Health and Fitness. Whether you are a younger participant or racking up the years, (like I) this session is beneficial for all. Modify accordingly if needed, but do your best and include this session in your program on a regular basis.

An ideal class for rehab outcomes and relearning leg strength, jumping, and using the jumpboard. This class is also suitable for anyone looking to enjoy jumpboard training and leg training generally.

Trim and Tone Circuit
A circuit is a series of exercises performed consecutively then repeated a number of times. This class consists of 2 different exercise circuits when put together create a complete cardio strength workout. Circuit 1. Large muscle groups, high repetition, creating intensity levels to increase heart rate and fitness responses. Circuit 2. Upper body strength and control. Designed to improve arm, shoulder, upper back and core strength and control

Strength Circuit – Challenge Your Fit
A unique class designed to challenge strength and coordination. With the addition of dumbbells and traditional pilates exercises, this class is perfect for participants wanting to push themselves and add some variety to their workouts.

MAXIMISING Strength with SUPERSETS
This class targets all major muscle groups and will really challenge you and your strength capacities. It follows a simple format of work-rest-work, much like a traditional gym workout, but using the Reformer and some weights. Take your time, have some extra rest periods if necessary, we know you’ll enjoy the challenge of this workout and the response that you get from improved strength and body control.

Pilates + Strength 2
This is a Full body workout which challenges all major muscle group and trunk strength through a combination of standard and advanced Reformer moves combined with a Dumbbell movement. The pace is on from the start, so get ready for a solid workout.

Pilates + Strength 1
This class format is a new and challenging format where you will superset (combine) a Reformer movement with a DB movement to strengthen specific body parts. It’s good a solid pace, the movements cover the entire body and it’s a great way to combine different methods into one workout.

Pilates + Strength 3
This class is a challenging series of movement combined in a number of triplets. Reformer to Dumbells to Abdominal Strength. It’s achievable, but the pace is constant, so get your equipment ready and mind engaged and enjoy this new combination of Full body work.

Pilates + Strength 4
Here’s another challenging workout for you to try. This one has a series of “triplet” movements that covers legs, core, upperbody and even some bodyweight moves to get your heart rate up a little. It’ll keep you moving and covers all the major muscles in a simple to follow format that will keep you both physically and mentally engaged. Ready…..GO!

Pilates + Strength 5
This workout once more combines 3 useful modalities of training – Reformer, DB’s and your own Bodyweight into a challenging series of combinations that will address your entire body. I have purposely kept the pace fast in this class, so get ready, once we start, we keep at it. ENJOY

Pilates + Strength 6
Another collection of challenging moves combining the best of the Reformer, along with bodyweight movements and a solid pace to bring that aerobic component up as well.
So push yourself through this, you’ll hear me puffing along the way with you. Challenging but achievable. Have fun with it.
