Climbing Hills
Join Rusty for a strength reformer class. This class has beginner friendly exercises in it, however, it is programmed as a superset in a pyramid style session making it a challenging class for your strength. A great session to up the ante on your Pilates foundations with levelled up sets! Strong mind – strong bodies! 6 exercises, wrapped in fun programming!

Raise the Roof
Jordy and Kate take you through an upper body and core class for Intermediate – advanced movers! This class has solid transitions keeping the body moving throughout the whole session with intent and focus. A fun must do!

No Peri-Problems
Join the master Nat for an express, cardio, all-levels mat session! This class has been created for all bodies and gives you options for many levels to create higher or lower impact. Nat has specifically programmed this class with science backed time duration and exercise choice for those who are going through perimenopause – the programming she has implemented help assist through symptoms and increase bone mineral density overall. A class for all, but a great choice for those bones – let’s crush it!

Raise the Roof
Raise the Roof is an intermediate mat class great for strength across the whole body, and specifically those avid runners out there! Steph will target key muscle groups, challenge muscular endurance and move strong on the humble mat! This session is fast paced, with hints of cardio and lots of coordination with full body movements. Only mat and weights are required. Let’s move on the mat!

Legs With The Lot
Caitlyn takes you through an intermediate reformer class focusing on loading those luscious legs! This lower body targeted session hits the hamstrings, calves, glutes and quads for full lower body loving! You’ll only need your box for this class, now let’s get moving!

Ankle Mobility
Ankle mobility is super important for knee, hip and lower body joint health. Nat takes you on an ankle mobility stretch and strength, express reformer class to improve overall range of motion and strength behind it. A great class for all, especially runners, athletes, parents and those wanting to increase bone mineral density in lower limbs. A must do class!

Back Health Class
Join Nat for this express reformer session focusing on back health. Nat uses her knowledge as an Exercise Physiologist to program a session that enhances mobility, strength and posture, targeting key muscle groups and supporting muscles groups of the back. A session for everybody and a must do!

Let’s Hit It!
Let’s Hit It is an intermediate reformer class that uses the box and weights. The focus on today’s session with Nat is glute, calf and shoulder strength and stability. There are some tricky combinations involved, however a great challenge! Be sure to grab a gondola pole to assist with your balance if you need it. Let’s Hit It team!

Empowered
This intermediate upper body class is designed to challenge your strength, control, and endurance with dynamic movements with Caitlyn. Expect a balanced mix of stability work, strength-building, and mindful mobility as you level up your practice. Get ready to push past your comfort zone and leave feeling stronger, longer, and more empowered!

Hit the Target
This class is Strength and Pilates combined! Madi takes her two loves; strength training & Pilates, and fuses them together for this intermediate reformer session. For this class you’ll need the box and weights. Come move with Mads!

Swiss Core Strength
Madi takes you on a short Swiss Core Strength class using the swiss ball on the mat. This class is intermediate – advance level, so let’s switch on and swiss out!

Polar Express
In this all-levels friendly reformer session with Nat, we use the reformer to increase our aerobic endurance and capacity using heavy springs and large muscle groups. Expect to work each set until you are fatigued and get that heart rate up!

Shoulders of Steel
Join Tegan and Alyce for an express upper body focused class on the reformer, for all levels! This class emphasises engagement of muscles surrounding the shoulders to enhance strong upper body strength and mobility. Come move with this wonderful duo!

Lower Body Fire
Get ready for an intermediate level quick but fiery workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. In just 15 minutes, you’ll use the jump board to blast through intense cardio intervals that target your legs, core, and glutes, all while keeping your heart rate up. With each explosive jump, you’ll build endurance, power, and strength—plus, you’ll have fun while doing it! Strong & Sweaty
Exercise Physiologist Nat takes you through an intermediate level reformer class that incorporates high intensity movements with full body target and a strength focus. Strong and Sweaty will get your heart rate elevated, accompanied with dumbbell functional movements to build strength – let’s get Strong & Sweaty with Nat!

Unstoppable
Total Target is a full body advanced level class that incorporates functional movement to build strength. Physiotherapist Shani will have you moving strong, focusing on technique and mind-body connection. Utilisation of the box and Pilates ball will up the ante! Follow the breath, put your best foot forward, and come move with Shani!

Centered Core
Join Christian for a high intensity, core workout! Short and spicy that will have your abs working and the heart rate going too! All you need is your amazing self and a mat – let’s go!

Focused Form
Come move with Christian and train upper body! Christian takes you on an upper body strength session that encompasses some favourite reformer Pilates exercises and functional strength exercises to compliment the overall workout. This class has standard level beginner friendly exercises, however the programming and spring choices takes it up a notch to intermediate level. Give yourself a fun, new challenge and move with CB – adjust and take breaks where you need!

Tune Up
Tune Up is a full body, intermediate mat & reformer hybrid class with Christian! A great session combining functional movements with Pilates to get more bang for your buck in this strength focused class.

Glute MAXIMUS PRIME
Strength, mobility, flexibility and juicy booty band exercises for this intermediate reformer, express session with Ricki! Using the band, box and reformer, Ricki will encourage you to move with intent, control and take the next challenge where possible – she’ll be cheering you on the whole way! Let’s go glutes!

Functional Flavour
Join Christian for an intermediate lower body strength class using the reformer, weights and mat. Christian will have you moving with some reformer favorite exercises, alongside functional movements in order to transfer to everyday movement, running and general activities. As a runner himself, Christian has programmed this class for those running lovers to incorporate into your training. Lower body build with Christian!

Speedy Strong Strength
Christian will take you on a Speedy Strong Strength reformer and mat hybrid class. This class is short, fast-paced and focuses on upper body strength. Using body weight, reformer and dumbbells to execute functional movements alongside some Pilates favourite exercises to help you achieve those upper body gains!

5 Minute Finisher
The five-minute finisher is the perfect way to top off your session with a spicy little challenge! 5 exercises, 45 seconds each to end strong! Come move with Christian to smash the end of your session!

Lower Body Build
Hamstrings, glutes, calves, quads – all the juicy muscles are invited to this lower body dominate party, come and move them with Christian! Intermediate level, this class will hit all the key spots of your lower body, great to improve strength gains, mobility through your everyday movements, and particularly great for Christian’s fellow runner-loving movers too! Let’s move!

Pyramid Plus
Pyramid Plus takes you through 4 exercises in a Pyramid-style program to challenge muscular endurance in the upper body specifically. A great challenge to move with Christian – let’s go!

All The Right Moves
All The Right Moves has a little bit of everything for all the fun! Upper body, core and some jump board fun for the finale! Christian will give you a challenging rep targeted, intermediate level class and motivate you to push to your limits!

Max Mat
Max Mat is an intermediate mat class that will have you hitting core, arms and those luscious legs utilising a wide range of equipment – box, booty band, ball and weights! Join CB for a strong full body class – MAX movement, MAX MAT!

Hold Strong Whole Body
Full body class with CB, hitting legs, arms and spicey core! Beginner movements with intermediate spring choices and programming, that will have you hitting higher reps, stronger springs and taking a new challenge! Push your limits, move for you and come sweat with Christian!

Strong Mummas!
Join Mumma to Be Jordan for a Strong Mummas express class focusing on upper body strength! A class for everyone, but especially for our Mummas to be and new mums! Great for trimesters 1-2, however modifications are given for trimester 3. Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff. Let’s go Mummas!

Booty Buster
Join Lisa for an all levels friendly, quick booty buster that will leave your glutes feeling spicy, strong and ready to conquer your week! Lisa utilises the band and encourages strong form, control and delicious movements your booty with LOVE! Our glutes help support our daily movement, especially our balance which is super important for every body. Come move with Lisa and feel the strong, controlled movements, celebrating your body every step of the way!

Lower Body Loving
This class is designed to strengthen the muscles supporting our knees, from the glutes and hamstrings to quads and calves and, of course, the core! This class does not include any kneeling or lunge work, allowing those with acute knee pain to join in pain free. Physiotherpaist Lisa has specifically designed this class to for all levels to support knee pain, but also for all athletes including those runners! Time to take your body to a new level of strong, stable movement with correct execution and minimal pain. Let’s move with Lisa!

Foot & Ankle Strength & Stability
This intermediate mat work session has a particular focus on calf strength and foot and ankle stability, great for all and general strengthening! This class was designed especially for those runners! Taking up to three times our body weight with every running step, our feet have their work cut out for them. It’s therefore crucial we give them the TLC they deserve. You’ll need a box and a band for this one, as we work on challenging your feet and calves through planks, lunges and bridges. Come and move with physiotherapist and running enthusiast, Lisa!

Standing Strengthener
Join Madi for an intermediate lower body & core focused Wunda Chair session. Please ensure you have watched the Wunda Chair Tutorial prior to commencing class. Standing Strengthener, incorporates all standing work with emphasis on balance, core and strong stability. Balance like a butterfly, sting like a bee with Madi!

Perfect Posterior
Join Madi for an all levels friendly, posterior focused Wunda Chair session. Please ensure you have watched the Wunda Chair Tutorial prior to commencing class. A great session focusing the posterior chain including postural muscles, mid back, hamstrings, calves and glutes. A great session focusing on improving mobility alongside strength.

New Heights
Join Madi for an intermediate – advanced, lower body & core focused Wunda Chair session. Please ensure you have watched the Wunda Chair Tutorial prior to commencing class. A strong session focusing on balance, strength, stability and taking your Wunda Chair practice to a new level with new moves requiring much more control and focus!

Explore Legs & Core
Join Madi for an all levels friendly, lower body and core focused Wunda Chair class. Please ensure you have watched the Wunda Chair Tutorial prior to commencing class. A great session to focus on strength and mobility of the lower body and refining technique to take away and implement through mat and reformer classes.

Upper Ultra
This class will focus on the upper body and core, with layers and challenges! Expect Rick to take you through a dynamic use of weights on the reformer increasing strength and mobility through curls, rows, flys and a WHOLE lota BURN. Join your biggest fan and hype girl Ricki for some fun!

Jumping Joints
A great class aiming on strengthening joints to help support your strong body! Join the wonderful Tegan on a Full body intermediate reformer tuning the whole body up, refining mobility and strength from head to toe!

Pilates + Strength 1
This class format is a new and challenging format where you will superset (combine) a Reformer movement with a DB movement to strengthen specific body parts. It’s good a solid pace, the movements cover the entire body and it’s a great way to combine different methods into one workout.

Pilates + Strength 2
This is a Full body workout which challenges all major muscle group and trunk strength through a combination of standard and advanced Reformer moves combined with a Dumbbell movement. The pace is on from the start, so get ready for a solid workout.

Pilates + Strength 3
This class is a challenging series of movement combined in a number of triplets. Reformer to Dumbells to Abdominal Strength. It’s achievable, but the pace is constant, so get your equipment ready and mind engaged and enjoy this new combination of Full body work.

Pilates + Strength 4
Here’s another challenging workout for you to try. This one has a series of “triplet” movements that covers legs, core, upperbody and even some bodyweight moves to get your heart rate up a little. It’ll keep you moving and covers all the major muscles in a simple to follow format that will keep you both physically and mentally engaged. Ready…..GO!

Pilates + Strength 5
This workout once more combines 3 useful modalities of training – Reformer, DB’s and your own Bodyweight into a challenging series of combinations that will address your entire body. I have purposely kept the pace fast in this class, so get ready, once we start, we keep at it. ENJOY

Pilates + Strength 6
Another collection of challenging moves combining the best of the Reformer, along with bodyweight movements and a solid pace to bring that aerobic component up as well.
So push yourself through this, you’ll hear me puffing along the way with you. Challenging but achievable. Have fun with it.

Pilates + Strength 7
This Class contains plenty of challenging movements both on and off the Reformer. It targets legs, core and upper body, so in this 40 min workout you’ll get some serious work done across all your major muscle groups. The pace is constant, so pay attention to the cues and teaching points that I deliver and it will flow nicely. Challenging yet achievable, I think you’ll enjoy this session a lot. Get stuck into it.

Pilates + Strength 8
This class provides a terrific balance from head to toe, utilising an easy to follow, yet engaging blend of Reformer, Bodyweight and DBells. Legs, Core work, Upper body strength, it’s one with THE LOT!

This all-levels friendly strength class is a must do to help increase your upper body strength! With layers to help increase the difficulty, Christian takes you through his iconic hybrid classes, using both functional movements alongside some great reformer combinations to burn those upper bodies!

Lean Legs and Core
Christian’s lower body strength session is a fantastic class for those leg gains! He will have you using heavy springs to test your strength alongside functional movements to push your potential! Great class for overall strength and of course those running and sport enthusiasts out there!

Interval Training – Reformer Fitness and Fun
Challenge co ordination and cardiovascular fitness with jumping intervals interspersed with strength and mobility exercises. These higher intensity aerobic efforts improve overall fitness using the jump board and combine strength and mobility exercises for a fun effective workout.
