Stretch and Unwind
Stretch and Unwind is an all-levels friendly mat class for length, stretch and alignment. A great class to increase flexibility and perfect after a challenging workout to release tension from the body and mind and focus back into the breath and body. No equipment needed, just you and your mat. Let’s stretch and breathe.

Nice with Spice
Join the wonderful man himself, Jordy for an intermediate – advanced, express reformer class that will hit the full body with key emphasis on the lower body and core. Planks, squats and legs in strap kickbacks for all your activations and spice! All you’ll need is a box and your great self – let’s move it, move it!

Fire Ball
Join Jordy and Kate in Fire Ball – a beginner friendly reformer class using the ball and longer platform. This express session focuses on glutes and core specifically, whilst using the breath and core to facilitate the movement to get more out of each exercise. Let’s fire it up!

Spine Flow
A delicious stretch and flow to reset the body and posture after a long day or to prepare for a big day ahead! Lauren D takes you through an all-levels friendly mat stretch that hits all the best spots to realign, reset and reclaim your body’s mobility and length. Only need your mat and weights. Such a great class for all!

Mat Madness
A crowd favourite: juicy core & booty! Join the spicy girl herself Kate for an express mat flow focusing on the glutes and core. All you’ll need for this express, beginner, mat flow is a mat and weights. Let’s level up!

Wunda-ful!
Wunda-ful is an express Wunda chair class with Madi that focuses on the lower body strength, balance and mobility, whilst honing in on the correct technique for execution. This session is great for all levels, including pre- or post-natal in all trimesters. All you need is the Wunda chair and the gondola pole. Come move with Madi!

Quickie Glute Burn
A fan favourite – spicy, juicy, delicious quick glute burn for all levels! Come join Caitlyn for an express booty session. Fun, short and spicy, let’s burn those buns!

Ninja Legs and Abs
Come and join Arna for an advanced, express, reformer class: Ninja Legs & Abs! This class includes abductor strength, inner thigh strength, glute stamina and core work, all to be executed with precision and control! Have the gondola pole ready for balance support if you need it and let’s get out Ninja on!

Quick Spicy Booty and Abs
Quick Spicy Booty and Abs is exactly as it sounds – express, advanced mat session, and caution HOT! Join Arna for a glute and ab quick burn focusing on muscular endurance, overall body balance & connection.
This session will directly target the booty and ab areas to build that strength whilst defining definition.

Limber Legs
An express, mat stretch session with Nat, focusing on the lower limbs – calves, quadriceps, hips, glutes and hamstrings. Not only a great session to stretch it out, but also increasing range of motion, length and release. A must do feel good stretch session for those lower bodies!

No Peri-Problems
Join the master Nat for an express, cardio, all-levels mat session! This class has been created for all bodies and gives you options for many levels to create higher or lower impact. Nat has specifically programmed this class with science backed time duration and exercise choice for those who are going through perimenopause – the programming she has implemented help assist through symptoms and increase bone mineral density overall. A class for all, but a great choice for those bones – let’s crush it!

Hip and Lower Back Release
Nat takes you on an express mat class with key focus on releasing through the hips and back. Great for anyone who needs release in those tight spots, athletes, runners, golf goers, pre and post-natal or even those who simply need a stretch. All levels welcome, let’s stretch and release!

Rhythm and Rebound
An advanced reformer jump board class with Steph will have your heart rate pumping, your coordination challenged and moving in fun and new ways! Whilst this session is predominately lower body with lots of jumping, there are elements of upper body and core too. You’ll need your booty band and jump board ready for class – if you need assistance putting in the jump board, please see staff or go to @p101 and watch the jump board tutorial. With the heart rate pumping, jump into this fun and challenging one!

Walk The Plank
Join Steph for Walk the Plank – an express, advanced reformer class using the box and the wider platform. This session is all about the core by working through different plank variations, challenging muscular endurance, balance and control. Let’s walk the plank!

Golden Glutes and Core
Join Jacqui as she takes you on an express booty and core mat session. Golden Glutes & Core will test your muscular endurance and mind-body connection with some spicy layers throughout. All levels friendly with advancements to take your challenge to the next level!

Express Yourself
Join Mon for an express booty and core reformer session, intermediate level! Advancements are given for those who’d like some more spice! Come Express yourself and jump on the spice train with Mon!

Foam Roller Recovery
The perfect reset stretch class! Join Mon for an all-levels friendly mat class that uses the cork roller to help reset the body and release tight muscles. A great session to do before or after your main session, or even when your body needs some stretch and release. A must do for all!

Core Finisher
Short and strong! This intermediate, express reformer session is the perfect finisher if you’re wanting a little extra after your session! It’s focused on burning your core, utilising the weights with your favourite hype girl Kate!

Raise the Roof
Raise the Roof is an intermediate mat class great for strength across the whole body, and specifically those avid runners out there! Steph will target key muscle groups, challenge muscular endurance and move strong on the humble mat! This session is fast paced, with hints of cardio and lots of coordination with full body movements. Only mat and weights are required. Let’s move on the mat!

Lower Body Lengthen
Join Tegan for some lower body stretch and lengthen all levels friendly – perfect pre or post class, excellent for runners targeting those sweet spots and an all-round feel-good class for those legs! Prioritise your rest, stretch and mobility and move with Tegs on the reformer for some lengthening love! Pre and post-natal friendly too – let’s move it!

Stretch and Grow
Stretch & Grow is an all-levels reformer class focusing on stretch and length through the body. It’s slow paced and low impact great for those joints and mobility. Join Madi for a class for all bodies, especially those pre/post workout, or pre/post-natal. An excellent class to do when feeling tight, need mindful movement, increase mobility and length through the body. Come move with Mads!

All In Stretch
Sarah takes you through an all levels stretch class perfect for all! Loosening up tight spots, making the most of mobility and length, this class will leave you feeling long, tall and lengthened.

Yogi Stretch
Sarah takes you through an express stretch class that is Yoga inspired. It encourages length, alignment and a solid reset for the body. Come flow with Sarah!

Legs With The Lot
Caitlyn takes you through an intermediate reformer class focusing on loading those luscious legs! This lower body targeted session hits the hamstrings, calves, glutes and quads for full lower body loving! You’ll only need your box for this class, now let’s get moving!

Ankle Mobility
Ankle mobility is super important for knee, hip and lower body joint health. Nat takes you on an ankle mobility stretch and strength, express reformer class to improve overall range of motion and strength behind it. A great class for all, especially runners, athletes, parents and those wanting to increase bone mineral density in lower limbs. A must do class!

Flying Splits Tutorial
An exercise favourite are the infamous flying splits. In this tutorial, Jacqui will take you through how to execute properly with form, grace and confidence! Let’s glide, jump and shine!

Cracking Core
Cracking Core is an all-levels friendly express class with emphasis on the core by the wonderful Tegan! Time to dig deep, use that strong activation and technique to push your limits in this one!

Bounce and Burn
Join the dynamic duo Tara and Rusty for a beginner express class. Learn how to insert and use the Jump Board efficiently and effectively. This class will teach the techniques specific to jump board exercises and continue to build your Pilates repertoire, focusing on the lower body and core.

Swiss Core Strength
Madi takes you on a short Swiss Core Strength class using the swiss ball on the mat. This class is intermediate – advance level, so let’s switch on and swiss out!

Legs Express
It’s express, it’s fast, it’s upbeat! Join Madi for an express mat session using the weighted ring focusing on those strong legs! Balance, strength, control and fun vibes – let’s do it!

Spice City Glutes
Spice City Glutes doesn’t need an introduction…but Madi will be taking you through an express glute focused reformer class using the jump board, box and ball. Let’s, jump, move and build those glutes, with a layer of core-of course!!

Core-licious
Come join Madi for a core class using the ball and box on the reformer. This core session is express, focuses on control, balance and refining core activation through the obliques and transverse abdominis. Let’s get Core-licious!

Rounded Restore
Rounded Restore is an all-levels friendly stretch class taken by Lauren D. With Lauren’s well-rounded background of yoga, Pilates and fitness, she will help release key, tight spots to restore the body as a whole. Let’s stretch & flow!

Core City
Core City is an intermediate mat class with focus on the core, run by the wonderful Lauren. Lauren will focus on control through the movements, allowing strength through the core and thus full body movements. All movements are beginner-intermediate level friendly, however with limited rest creating a level up challenge!

Polar Express
In this all-levels friendly reformer session with Nat, we use the reformer to increase our aerobic endurance and capacity using heavy springs and large muscle groups. Expect to work each set until you are fatigued and get that heart rate up!

Super Stretchy
Super Stretchy is the perfect class for length, alignment and mobility throughout the body. Monique takes you for this all-levels friendly reformer, stretch class for restorative, long, lengthened movements.

Revive
Revive is an express Pilates session working on spicy core & glutes for all levels. Briana takes you through this reformer session, emphasising control to spice up! She’ll leave you with all the good vibes, energy and endorphins plus!

Build
Build is a beginner friendly reformer class, express style using ONLY the straps for your lovely legs! This is one not to be missed and to keep in your favourites. Jane takes you on a flow using your straps to enhance lower body strength, mobility and flexibility. Let’s move through legs in straps!

Absolutely fABulous
Absolutely fABulous will have your abs popping and locking! Join Nat for this intermediate – advance core session to increase core strength and control. Targeting your abs in all the ways, this class will challenge moving dynamically yet with CONTROL!

Short & Spicy
Do not let the length fool you…short BUT oh so spicy! A perfect one to add on to the end of your session for that extra flavor! Tegan takes you through layers of planks and squats to spice up your life!

Strapped!
Join Tegan for an express, intermediate reformer class that targets that booty and core! This class is a special one that only uses those straps – a fan favourite!! Let’s get strappy!

Here to Work!
Join Tegan and Alyce for a beginner level, express, reformer class using the wider platform and Pilates ring. This session has key focus on the inner thighs and abdominals – expect some shaky legs!

Kinetic
Join Jane for an all-levels express reformer class that requires the box and weights. Jane takes you on a short, sharp and fun core strength session, keeping it dynamic yet controlled! A challenging one that uses your foot strap to emphasize stability alongside control through your trunk.

Lower Body Fire
Get ready for an intermediate level quick but fiery workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. In just 15 minutes, you’ll use the jump board to blast through intense cardio intervals that target your legs, core, and glutes, all while keeping your heart rate up. With each explosive jump, you’ll build endurance, power, and strength—plus, you’ll have fun while doing it! A Hug for the Body
A Hug for the Body is an all-levels friendly express stretch class that focuses on restoring and nourishing the body with love and mobility. Simply put, A Hug for your Body, will leave your body and posture thanking you for taking the time to complete this class – a must do for all, and one for the favourites!

Humming Hips
Join Steph for Humming Hips, an intermediate reformer session to open the hips, create depth and greater range of motion through splits combos. Join Steph for a nourishing yet challenging session to open those hips, increase flexibility and strength through mobility!

Unite
Join Steph for an express booty burner class. CAUTION: SPICY! This reformer class is all levels friendly and will utilise those famous straps for ultimate delicious activation on those glutes!

Core & Cardio
Core & Cardio with Tegan is an intermediate reformer class great to increase the heart rate, gain aerobic fitness and strengthen through the core. Let’s move & groove!

Core & Length
An intermediate, yummy, delicious mat class for mobility and stability. Steph will take you through some great activations to increase range of motion, with challenging stability embedded. All you’ll need is your mat, Pilates ball and fabulous self!

Wunda Wonder
Join Steph for a mindful Wunda chair session stretching laterally through different mermaid variations. This session will aim to increase mobility through the side body, length through the posture and strength through the torso, all whilst getting a great stretch too! An amazing session to reset the posture after sitting for a long time.

Pike Prep
Pike Prep on the Wunda Chair with Steph is an intermediate session. This class will be focusing on the “pike” and how to prepare for execution, proper technique and conditioning to perfect your pike on any apparatus! A short, fun session to refine your skills across all apparatus for core activation and control.

Roll Over Prep
Roll Over Prep with Steph uses the Wunda chair to perfect your deep core connection in rollbacks, roll downs and activation of the deep, juicy core muscles alongside pelvic stability. A great session to refine your skills to implement in your mat and reformer practice, let’s level up!

Impact
Join the amazing Nat for an express, high intensity, total body mat class for all levels! IMPACT is a cardio session focusing on impact loading to help increase bone mineral density and aerobic fitness! You can’t help but smile in this class, moving with Nat and leveling up your education all in one. Let’s IMPACT!

Activation Express
Join physiotherapist Shani for an Activation Express class for all levels! This class is a perfect session that activates large, key muscle groups of the body ready to tackle your day! This is a great session if your short on time to hit all the perfect targets, great for a pre-run workout, or even a great session to do prior another class to set you up with activation and success!

A Nice Big Stretch
Join the joyful Jacqui for a “Nice Big Stretch” for all levels on the reformer. Jacqui will cue you seamlessly through this one spring flow, increasing mobility, blood flow, deep stretches and full body love to reset and revamp.

Join Caitlyn for an all levels, mat work class – wonderful to do before or after a longer session. This express flow is the perfect way to ease into movement or wind down after a workout. This advanced jump board class will have you sweating and working to a whole new level with Sweat Nation! Steph will take you through various lower body targeted exercises hitting your cardiovascular system and muscular endurance. Steph will be cheering you on every step of the way, helping you move one step closer to levelling up alongside refining technique and alignment. Sweat, drip and jump with Steph!

JUMP for the BURN

Mobility Motion
Mobility Motion is a great class for ALL! Functional Flavour
Join Christian for an intermediate lower body strength class using the reformer, weights and mat. Christian will have you moving with some reformer favorite exercises, alongside functional movements in order to transfer to everyday movement, running and general activities. Move Mobility

Concrete Core
Concrete core is a great way to finish the end of your session, with a short BANG of spice and core activation. Join Christian for a quick, high-intensity, challenge to finish of STRONG!

Everything Hurts – Let’s Stretch!
Join Steph for a stretch class great for sore bodies or bodies that need that extra love and care! Hitting all the good spots to stretch and lengthen out – great for all levels. Come stretch with Steph on the mat!

Hippin’ Hips!
Hippin’ Hips is the perfect stretch and mobility class to release those tight hips from running, sitting or just general soreness and tightness! A nice slow-flow to help you feel loosey-goosey – wonderful after a big day!

Pilates Power
Pilates Power is a full body class with key focus on lower body strength and core stability. Join Kate for a juicy mat class that will have you challenging your glutes, abs and stability! A great session for all!

Swiss Ball Core Shakes
Swiss Ball Core Shakes is an intermediate mat class that utilises the Swiss ball in some fun, new ways! Join Steph for a shaking class targeting the core and trunk stability!

Booty Buster
Join Lisa for an all levels friendly, quick booty buster that will leave your glutes feeling spicy, strong and ready to conquer your week! Lisa utilises the band and encourages strong form, control and delicious movements your booty with LOVE! Our glutes help support our daily movement, especially our balance which is super important for every body. Come move with Lisa and feel the strong, controlled movements, celebrating your body every step of the way!

End of Day Posture Reset
If you’ve had a long day in the office, then this one is for you! We’re often caught spending long hours at the desk, in the car or on the couch, so this session is designed to open up the chest and strengthen our core and back muscles to counteract a long day. Join Physiotherapist Lisa for an all-levels friendly class targeting on resetting through your postural muscles – a great one for all!

Lower Body Loving
This class is designed to strengthen the muscles supporting our knees, from the glutes and hamstrings to quads and calves and, of course, the core! This class does not include any kneeling or lunge work, allowing those with acute knee pain to join in pain free. Physiotherpaist Lisa has specifically designed this class to for all levels to support knee pain, but also for all athletes including those runners! Time to take your body to a new level of strong, stable movement with correct execution and minimal pain. Let’s move with Lisa!

Lower back Strength & Mobility
Lower back pain is such a common occurrence, and a frustrating one at that! This class aims to improve spinal mobility, whilst also strengthening through your back and center. Physiotherapist Lisa has designed with class for those who need a postural reset, and how you can move safely and execute full body movements to support your trunk. This is a great class for anyone who has a history of lower back stiffness, niggles or even if you’ve been sitting down too much! A full body, all levels friendly class with Physio Lisa!

Foot & Ankle Strength & Stability
This intermediate mat work session has a particular focus on calf strength and foot and ankle stability, great for all and general strengthening! This class was designed especially for those runners! Taking up to three times our body weight with every running step, our feet have their work cut out for them. It’s therefore crucial we give them the TLC they deserve. You’ll need a box and a band for this one, as we work on challenging your feet and calves through planks, lunges and bridges. Come and move with physiotherapist and running enthusiast, Lisa!

A wonderful class incorporating some great stretches to help melt thorough the joints, leaving you feeling supple, lengthened and aligned.

Move and Groove
Join the knowledge-fuelled Nat with an intermediate Full body workout focused on strengthening the hip and core muscles. A great one for those looking to strengthen these areas, specifically those runners too! You can expect a challenge, fun, body-loving & knowledge filled session with the amazing Nat. Strong Balance and Stability
Join Esther as she takes you on a yoga flow moving through poses and flows that help enhance your stability and balance! Whilst pushing you to challenge yourself, Esther also encourages you to trust your strong body and test your limits. Come balance like a flamingo with Esther!

Lower Limb Strengthen and Lenghten
In this session, we target the lower limb through techniques which increase ankle, knee and hip joint stability and proprioception. Think balance, coordination and mind- muscle connection. While the movements are complex, Nat offers beginner and intermediate options for rehabilitation or continued strength from an injury or weakness. This is a great class for all, especially those wanting to strengthen an area due to weakness or instability, but also for those runners and our movement lovers looking to refine their movement and strength capabilities.

Flow Through, Flow for You
Join the beautiful Jessie for a yoga flow focusing on hip mobility, open up the hips and releasing out the lower back. A wonderful class to increase mobility through various poses and flows, a must do for all, specifically those runners, those whose jobs require a lot of sitting, post-natal mummas and those who need a great release through the body! Lets flow & grow!

Runner’s Club!

A full- body workout with evidenced- based movements aimed at increasing knee, ankle and shoulder joint health. Targeting these joints from a range of angles, and modes, this session will leave you feeling stronger and more confident in your activities of daily living. Full body Power
A full- body beginner strength- based workout focused on thigh and glute strength as well as upper body push & pull movements targeting upper back and chest, including bursts of interval training and some hip mobility to finish. Lovely for all levels, especially those who would like to increase bone mineral density, increased muscle mass for strength and conquering everyday activities, with a focus on the large muscle groups. Bring it on!

KNEES and HIPS – Unilateral Strength and Control
General leg strength is a class specifically targeted to produce and improve function of the lower extremity. It addresses all major muscle groups, including Glutes / Quads / Hamstrings / Adductors and Abductors, as well as the Gastroc and Achilles regions. You can modify the difficulty of the exercises by manipulating the springs as well.

Lean Legs and Core
Christian’s lower body strength session is a fantastic class for those leg gains! He will have you using heavy springs to test your strength alongside functional movements to push your potential! Great class for overall strength and of course those running and sport enthusiasts out there!

Pilates Plus Strength
In true Rusty fashion, his Pilates Plus Strength class will take you on a Full body workout using functional movements alongside some reformer favourites!! Legs, arms and core galore, this class will target Full body for intermediate levels. Let’s go!

All about the ANKLE
Coming off injury? Need some restrengthening in the lower leg? Do you have some athletic needs or play a sport? This ankle, lower limb class has been specifically designed by our Physio with those things in mind.

Glutes and Hips (Part 2)
Glutes and Hips – Part 2, a continuation from the previous session, this one hits those bodyparts utilising the foot straps to do so. Please ensure you have completed Glutes and Hips Part 1 BEFORE attempting this session.

Pilates + Strength 1
This class format is a new and challenging format where you will superset (combine) a Reformer movement with a DB movement to strengthen specific body parts. It’s good a solid pace, the movements cover the entire body and it’s a great way to combine different methods into one workout.

Pilates + Strength 2
This is a Full body workout which challenges all major muscle group and trunk strength through a combination of standard and advanced Reformer moves combined with a Dumbbell movement. The pace is on from the start, so get ready for a solid workout.

Pilates + Strength 3
This class is a challenging series of movement combined in a number of triplets. Reformer to Dumbells to Abdominal Strength. It’s achievable, but the pace is constant, so get your equipment ready and mind engaged and enjoy this new combination of Full body work.

Pilates + Strength 4
Here’s another challenging workout for you to try. This one has a series of “triplet” movements that covers legs, core, upperbody and even some bodyweight moves to get your heart rate up a little. It’ll keep you moving and covers all the major muscles in a simple to follow format that will keep you both physically and mentally engaged. Ready…..GO!

Pilates + Strength 5
This workout once more combines 3 useful modalities of training – Reformer, DB’s and your own Bodyweight into a challenging series of combinations that will address your entire body. I have purposely kept the pace fast in this class, so get ready, once we start, we keep at it. ENJOY

Pilates + Strength 6
Another collection of challenging moves combining the best of the Reformer, along with bodyweight movements and a solid pace to bring that aerobic component up as well.
So push yourself through this, you’ll hear me puffing along the way with you. Challenging but achievable. Have fun with it.

Pilates + Strength 7
This Class contains plenty of challenging movements both on and off the Reformer. It targets legs, core and upper body, so in this 40 min workout you’ll get some serious work done across all your major muscle groups. The pace is constant, so pay attention to the cues and teaching points that I deliver and it will flow nicely. Challenging yet achievable, I think you’ll enjoy this session a lot. Get stuck into it.

Pilates + Strength 8
This class provides a terrific balance from head to toe, utilising an easy to follow, yet engaging blend of Reformer, Bodyweight and DBells. Legs, Core work, Upper body strength, it’s one with THE LOT!

Total Body Realignment
An all over complete body stretch class designed to revitalise and enhance joint movement and assist with pain relief. Lengthen muscles, improve joint mobility and free body stiffness and soreness. A great class to do regularly – I guarantee you will feel rejuvenated and revived.

Balance and Co-ordination Focus
An easy to follow, fast paced Full body class. There is an emphasis on co-ordination, strength and balance. Suitable for the intermediate level participant.

Interval Training – Reformer Fitness and Fun
Challenge co ordination and cardiovascular fitness with jumping intervals interspersed with strength and mobility exercises. These higher intensity aerobic efforts improve overall fitness using the jump board and combine strength and mobility exercises for a fun effective workout.

Cardio Jump Board Circuit
A fun and purposeful circuit class using the Jumpboard and Pilates Box to emphasise core strength and Pilates Fitness. A complete body workout focussing on upper and lower body strength and coordination.

Jumpboard and Core Complex
This is a simple but challenging workout combining a collection of our favourite core exercises, combined with some fun Jumpboard work. EVERYONE loves a good jumpboard session! Enjoy the class.

Full body Stretching
Another opportunity to work on your much needed flexibility and mobility through a selection of key movements providing some of my favourite moves.
You can also use this as a longer cool down and flexibility session following one of our tougher workouts. Relax, Breathe, Stretch and repeat. Enjoy.

Full body Stretch – Focusing on Key Tight Spots
This is a 25 min class focusing on the major areas of tightness that we see people present will commonly. It does goes over the whole body, I’m sure you will find a few movements in this class that make you feel more relaxed and mobile, especially through the lower back, hamstrings, hip flexors and into the upper body as well. Take your time, I have kept the pace slowly, focus on your breathing and relax into all the movements. Enjoy!

I guarantee you will finish this class feeling lighter, more flexible and pain free through the hip / pelvis complex. Staying strong and mobile needs to be a priority for all stages of life. This class works for everyone and combines the best of our Foundation Exercises into an effective program that can be done multiple times per week.

No time to relax. Keep that core engaged and working throughout this fast paced killer workout. This core combination is ‘crazy’ good and effective – Goodluck!

Standing Express
It’s all done standing! This short and sharp legs session is to be done primarily standing and will work your major leg muscles and hip stabilisers. Applicable to all levels, but modify or take some extra rest if needed. Use the Gondola Pole for additional support and balance assistance.

Athletic Legs
I really enjoyed putting this one together! Leg strength is such a critical aspect of overall Health and Fitness. Whether you are a younger participant or racking up the years, (like I) this session is beneficial for all. Modify accordingly if needed, but do your best and include this session in your program on a regular basis.

Express Endure 2.0 Cardio Mat
This Express Endure 2.0 Cardio mat class has 3 blocks of work in it and all levels friendly. Same format at the OG Express Ensure: In each block, there are 3 exercises you complete 3 times through. Each time we come back to that base exercise, there is an option to advance and challenge the movement. This is your chance to lift and work at a higher intensity for that cardio burst!

Level Up!
