
Pilates × Pregnancy
Pilates × Pregnancy workouts are designed for women to safely participate in during Pregnancy and post-natal recovery with a focus on core and pelvic floor strength. These are the perfect classes for new mums to be and postpartum members.
** Reformer Pilates is a safe, effective and recommended form of exercise for pre and post-pregnant participants, however, it is always important to check with your doctor to ensure there are no contraindications specific to your situation.

Energy Booster
Energy booster is an intermediate reformer class run by the energizer bunny herself – Ricki! You’ll need a yoga block for this flow and a gondola pole if you need assistance with balance. Great session for all, especially those pregnant mummas in trimester 1 and 2 – Let’s go!

Pole-tacular!
Pole-tacular is an intermediate reformer class led by Ricki that utilises heavier springs for strength movements and mobility. You’ll need the rolldown bar for this one, and you’re set to go. Great for every body, including pregnant clients trimester 1 and 2- let’s get it team!

Total Body Bump
Total Body Bump is a reformer class for all levels and pregnancy friendly! Ricki will take you through a session focusing on spinal mobility and postural alignment alongside shoulder and glute movements with key emphasis on the upper body. Great for all bodies and all levels – let’s move!

Glutes for Two
Glutes for Two is an intermediate reformer class with Ricki using your booty band, box, weights and gondola pole. This class is great for all bodies and is pregnancy friendly, however please take extra breaks when needed, avoid exercises that don’t feel great in the body and have your gondola pole ready to assist your balance. Come bump out and get those glutes firing with Ricki!

Method to the Madness
Join Ricki and her beautiful bump for a pregnancy friendly reformer class targeting full body, with extra love for those legs – in true Ricki style! This session is an intermediate pregnancy session, great for trimesters 1 and 2, with modifications for trimester 3. Take only the layers that feel good for you. Grab the pregnancy wedge for extra support and gondola pole for extra balance if you need. You’ll need weights, the padded mat and box to assist your balance. Let’s bump it out!

Mixtape Series – Delicious Stretch
Mixtape series: Welcome to the Mixtape Series. These classes have been created using existing express classes, fused together to make longer, stronger and more spicy classes! This means you could be moving with 2-3 of your favourite instructors in the one class!
This class is an all-levels friendly reformer session with Women’s Health Physio Lauren Neill, focusing on a delicious stretch! Pre- and post-natal friendly. You’ll need a mat and yoga block with your reformer.

Wunda Chair Magic
Wunda Chair Magic with Madi is an express Wunda Chair session that focuses on balance, posture and the lower body. This session is great for all levels and all bodies, especially for those pre- or post-natal. Please ensure you watch the Wunda Chair tutorial prior to commencing the class. Come and enjoy some Wunda magic with Madi!

Wunda-ful!
Wunda-ful is an express Wunda chair class with Madi that focuses on the lower body strength, balance and mobility, whilst honing in on the correct technique for execution. This session is great for all levels, including pre- or post-natal in all trimesters. All you need is the Wunda chair and the gondola pole. Come move with Madi!

Hip and Lower Back Release
Nat takes you on an express mat class with key focus on releasing through the hips and back. Great for anyone who needs release in those tight spots, athletes, runners, golf goers, pre and post-natal or even those who simply need a stretch. All levels welcome, let’s stretch and release!

Lower Body Lengthen
Join Tegan for some lower body stretch and lengthen all levels friendly – perfect pre or post class, excellent for runners targeting those sweet spots and an all-round feel-good class for those legs! Prioritise your rest, stretch and mobility and move with Tegs on the reformer for some lengthening love! Pre and post-natal friendly too – let’s move it!

Stretch and Grow
Stretch & Grow is an all-levels reformer class focusing on stretch and length through the body. It’s slow paced and low impact great for those joints and mobility. Join Madi for a class for all bodies, especially those pre/post workout, or pre/post-natal. An excellent class to do when feeling tight, need mindful movement, increase mobility and length through the body. Come move with Mads!

Muscle Magic
Join the wonderful Nat for an intermediate reformer class focusing on full body strength, however targeting the smaller muscles around the hips, inner thighs and obliques. A great class for intermediate movers, including pregnant clients (trimester 1 & early trimester 2) and post-natal clients, with options to regress or advance. Nat gives you many tips and tricks in this class to assist weightbearing, core activation and focusing on technique. You’ll only need your rolldown bar to complete this class.

One for the Mummas!
Join Nat in this all-levels friendly class with the goal of targeting the areas which can reduce in strength and flexibility during pregnancy. Nat takes you on a full body loaded class comprising of targeted strength movements to assist you throughout your pregnancy or post pregnancy. Have a pole handy if you need some extra stability in standing work. A great class for all bodies!

Perfect Positions
Perfect Positions is an all-levels friendly reformer class for absolutely anyone and everyone! It’s gentle on the body, pre- and post-natal friendly with some pelvic floor activations – great for all bodies! There is some footwork on the back, so please ensure if you are later in your pregnancy to avoid laying down – skip ahead and join back in! Let’s move Mumma’s & come move with Madi!

Complete Control
This intermediate workout targets the larger muscle groups through repeat movement and endurance exercises, whilst the smaller muscles through controlled movement with a balance & stability focus. Nat combines her love for functional and Pilates movements to get the most out of your sessions. Control at its finest to increase strength and mobility.

Bold & Strong
Join physiotherapist Shani for a beginner friendly, all levels safe reformer class using the Pilates ball. As a women’s health physio, Shani enjoys ensuring her classes can be pregnancy safe, as well as a welcomed class for all. So, enjoy this class FOR ALL, and come move with Shani!

Flex Your Stretch
Flex Your Stretch is the perfect class to do post your session to help lengthen out, stretch out those spicey activations and leave feeling rejuvenated! A class for all levels, join Kate for a relaxing, slow-paced stretch out!

Stretch & Bump!
A great stretch class for all, especially our mummas to be and new mums! Hitting some amazing stretches and love on those joints – great for all levels. A class for trimesters 1-2 and modifications for trimester 3. Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff. Stretchy love, with Jordan and her beautiful bump!

Strong Mummas!
Join Mumma to Be Jordan for a Strong Mummas express class focusing on upper body strength! A class for everyone, but especially for our Mummas to be and new mums! Great for trimesters 1-2, however modifications are given for trimester 3. Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff. Let’s go Mummas!

Move, Shake, Bump!
Join Jordan and her beautiful Bump for an all-levels reformer class. This one is friendly for post-natal mummas, trimester 1-2 mummas to be, with options/regressions given for trimester 3. Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff. Move, Shake & Bump out with Jordan!

Bump Out!
Join Mumma to be Jordan for an all-levels reformer session which is great for all Pilates lovers and of course our mummas to be! This class targets full body, gives options to progress or regress for all bodies and best for trimesters 1-2 with options for trimester three also. Join Jordan for a wonderful class, hitting uppers, lowers and core with many layers to advance and challenge you to your next level! Come Bump Out with Jordan and her beautiful BUMP! Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff.

Calm Your Mind
An all-levels friendly class will help you calm your mind and supple through those amazing joints of yours that work so hard for you every day! A great one to relax the mind and body after a big session! Enjoy!

A Stretch for One, a Stretch for All!
Join Nat for an all-levels friendly express stretch class, that will have you hitting all the tight spots for a great release, increasing mobility and overall joint range of motion. The name says it all – a must do for ALL bodies!

Joyful Joints
A full- body Pilates session which will challenge your joint flexibility and increase your strength and stability with particular focus on ankle, hip and core musculature. This class is great for all levels with options to progress and regress, alongside pre- and post-natal options. The box and Pilates ring is utilised to increase challenge and support throughout this wonderful, strong class with Nat!

Pilates Party
An intermediate full body workout focused on safely increasing heart rate and muscle power in larger, global muscles. This workout incorporates functional movements which mimic daily activities and will have you moving strong and feeling confident. Come join Nat for a Pilates Party!

Burn it up!
Join the wonderful Jordan and her beautiful bump for an all-levels friendly reformer class that is also pregnancy friendly! Jordan will give you layers to advance your movement, challenging your balance and mobility. This class utilises the box and Pilates ball for that extra fun and burn! Challenge yourself with Jordan and her bump!

Solid Hips and Back
Solid hips and back will have your body feeling strong, mobile and solid! With Nat taking you through this all-levels amazing session, you will be backed with beneficial, functional movement and knowledge galore! Time to build strong, powerful and capable bodies!

Welcome to Class #5 of our special section for our pregnant Members. All classes in this section are designed and instructed by our Physiotherapist, Shani Clark, who has also done specialist studies in Womens Health and Pelvic Floor health. This is a follow along class with our 36 wk pregnant model, Larissa. It focuses on lower limb and pelvis

Pilates and Pregnant
A safe and effective class for pre and post pregnant participants. Emphasis
on pelvic control and stability, core strength and overall total body conditioning. Class
considers factors such as moderating heart rate, reducing discomfort from prolonged lying
positions and ease of exercise as size and balance are compromised. This class is also an
effective class when returning to exercise postpartum.

Move For You!
Join Lauren for a stretch class for all levels, catering for all bodies! Move For You, is a great class for stretching out that upper back and targeting those tight spots, making it a great stretch class for an everyday stretch, long days at the desk, new mums, pregnant mummas, runners, golfers and everyone in between – a great “one size fits all” stretch & mobility class. Pregnant and Powerful!
This all-levels pregnancy friendly class, Pregnant and Powerful is a great class for all levels into their pregnancy journey from early first trimester, all the way through to the third. Take the class at your own pace and modify when you need to. This is a Full body session, focusing on functional movements to enable strong foundations to assist you during your pregnancy with safe and challenging movements throughout. Let’s move!

Stretch and Move
This all-levels friendly Stretch & Move class is perfect for those who have been sitting at a desk all day, runners needing a stretch, late pregnancy, early postnatal and everything in-between! It targets Full body, opens up the hips, chest and leaves you feeling aligned, tall and ready to conquer the day!
