Spine Flow
A delicious stretch and flow to reset the body and posture after a long day or to prepare for a big day ahead! Lauren D takes you through an all-levels friendly mat stretch that hits all the best spots to realign, reset and reclaim your body’s mobility and length. Only need your mat and weights. Such a great class for all!

Limber Legs
An express, mat stretch session with Nat, focusing on the lower limbs – calves, quadriceps, hips, glutes and hamstrings. Not only a great session to stretch it out, but also increasing range of motion, length and release. A must do feel good stretch session for those lower bodies!

Hip and Lower Back Release
Nat takes you on an express mat class with key focus on releasing through the hips and back. Great for anyone who needs release in those tight spots, athletes, runners, golf goers, pre and post-natal or even those who simply need a stretch. All levels welcome, let’s stretch and release!

Foam Roller Recovery
The perfect reset stretch class! Join Mon for an all-levels friendly mat class that uses the cork roller to help reset the body and release tight muscles. A great session to do before or after your main session, or even when your body needs some stretch and release. A must do for all!

Swiss Stretch
Swiss Stretch is an express, all-levels stretch class that uses the Swiss ball on the mat. This class emphasises length, mobility and alignment within the body. Steph will move with you to increase range of motion, loosen tight joints and overall lengthening through the body. Let’s stretch!

Lower Body Lengthen
Join Tegan for some lower body stretch and lengthen all levels friendly – perfect pre or post class, excellent for runners targeting those sweet spots and an all-round feel-good class for those legs! Prioritise your rest, stretch and mobility and move with Tegs on the reformer for some lengthening love! Pre and post-natal friendly too – let’s move it!

Stretch and Grow
Stretch & Grow is an all-levels reformer class focusing on stretch and length through the body. It’s slow paced and low impact great for those joints and mobility. Join Madi for a class for all bodies, especially those pre/post workout, or pre/post-natal. An excellent class to do when feeling tight, need mindful movement, increase mobility and length through the body. Come move with Mads!

All In Stretch
Sarah takes you through an all levels stretch class perfect for all! Loosening up tight spots, making the most of mobility and length, this class will leave you feeling long, tall and lengthened.

Yogi Stretch
Sarah takes you through an express stretch class that is Yoga inspired. It encourages length, alignment and a solid reset for the body. Come flow with Sarah!

Back Health Class
Join Nat for this express reformer session focusing on back health. Nat uses her knowledge as an Exercise Physiologist to program a session that enhances mobility, strength and posture, targeting key muscle groups and supporting muscles groups of the back. A session for everybody and a must do!

Empowered
This intermediate upper body class is designed to challenge your strength, control, and endurance with dynamic movements with Caitlyn. Expect a balanced mix of stability work, strength-building, and mindful mobility as you level up your practice. Get ready to push past your comfort zone and leave feeling stronger, longer, and more empowered!

Cracking Core
Cracking Core is an all-levels friendly express class with emphasis on the core by the wonderful Tegan! Time to dig deep, use that strong activation and technique to push your limits in this one!

Align and Define
Align & Define is an express reformer session with Briana where you’ll only require the box. This class will focus on upper body mobility and strength to realign and reset posture, alongside core activation to improve strength and control throughout the body. Let’s do it!

Swiss Core Strength
Madi takes you on a short Swiss Core Strength class using the swiss ball on the mat. This class is intermediate – advance level, so let’s switch on and swiss out!

Core-licious
Come join Madi for a core class using the ball and box on the reformer. This core session is express, focuses on control, balance and refining core activation through the obliques and transverse abdominis. Let’s get Core-licious!

Rounded Restore
Rounded Restore is an all-levels friendly stretch class taken by Lauren D. With Lauren’s well-rounded background of yoga, Pilates and fitness, she will help release key, tight spots to restore the body as a whole. Let’s stretch & flow!

Core City
Core City is an intermediate mat class with focus on the core, run by the wonderful Lauren. Lauren will focus on control through the movements, allowing strength through the core and thus full body movements. All movements are beginner-intermediate level friendly, however with limited rest creating a level up challenge!

Super Stretchy
Super Stretchy is the perfect class for length, alignment and mobility throughout the body. Monique takes you for this all-levels friendly reformer, stretch class for restorative, long, lengthened movements.

Absolutely fABulous
Absolutely fABulous will have your abs popping and locking! Join Nat for this intermediate – advance core session to increase core strength and control. Targeting your abs in all the ways, this class will challenge moving dynamically yet with CONTROL!

Shoulders of Steel
Join Tegan and Alyce for an express upper body focused class on the reformer, for all levels! This class emphasises engagement of muscles surrounding the shoulders to enhance strong upper body strength and mobility. Come move with this wonderful duo!

Kinetic
Join Jane for an all-levels express reformer class that requires the box and weights. Jane takes you on a short, sharp and fun core strength session, keeping it dynamic yet controlled! A challenging one that uses your foot strap to emphasize stability alongside control through your trunk.

A Hug for the Body
A Hug for the Body is an all-levels friendly express stretch class that focuses on restoring and nourishing the body with love and mobility. Simply put, A Hug for your Body, will leave your body and posture thanking you for taking the time to complete this class – a must do for all, and one for the favourites!

Core & Length
An intermediate, yummy, delicious mat class for mobility and stability. Steph will take you through some great activations to increase range of motion, with challenging stability embedded. All you’ll need is your mat, Pilates ball and fabulous self!

Wunda Wonder
Join Steph for a mindful Wunda chair session stretching laterally through different mermaid variations. This session will aim to increase mobility through the side body, length through the posture and strength through the torso, all whilst getting a great stretch too! An amazing session to reset the posture after sitting for a long time.

Pike Prep
Pike Prep on the Wunda Chair with Steph is an intermediate session. This class will be focusing on the “pike” and how to prepare for execution, proper technique and conditioning to perfect your pike on any apparatus! A short, fun session to refine your skills across all apparatus for core activation and control.

Roll Over Prep
Roll Over Prep with Steph uses the Wunda chair to perfect your deep core connection in rollbacks, roll downs and activation of the deep, juicy core muscles alongside pelvic stability. A great session to refine your skills to implement in your mat and reformer practice, let’s level up!

Activation Express
Join physiotherapist Shani for an Activation Express class for all levels! This class is a perfect session that activates large, key muscle groups of the body ready to tackle your day! This is a great session if your short on time to hit all the perfect targets, great for a pre-run workout, or even a great session to do prior another class to set you up with activation and success!

Arms & Abs
Jacqui will take you through an express Arms and Abs all levels reformer session – a great one to add to the end of your session for a little extra reformer fun! Come move with the wonderful Jacqui!

A Nice Big Stretch
Join the joyful Jacqui for a “Nice Big Stretch” for all levels on the reformer. Jacqui will cue you seamlessly through this one spring flow, increasing mobility, blood flow, deep stretches and full body love to reset and revamp.

Matched Mobility
Whether your body needs a pre-workout stretch, post workout, or just need some “you time”, Jane has got you! This all-levels friendly class is an incredible total body target, opening up tight spots and lengthening through your body. A great one for when you need that extra lengthen!

Viva Vitality
Viva Vitality is an all-levels express stretch class, great to incorporate into a pre/post Pilates session, for those who have spent a long day sitting down or even when those muscles are sore and need a little love! With focus on mobility through joints and increasing range of movement, you’ll feel longer, taller and nourished in the mind and body.

Bend & Flow
Join Caitlyn for an all levels, mat work class – wonderful to do before or after a longer session. This express flow is the perfect way to ease into movement or wind down after a workout. Focus on gentle mobility, deep stretches, and controlled breathwork to wake up the body and promote recovery. Whether you’re prepping for a session or cooling down, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, restored, and rebalanced. Join Caitlyn for some delicious movement for the mind and body, to stretch longer, reach deeper and move with some strong activations.

Fast & Furious Core
The name and instructor says it all – enthusiastic Caitlyn will take you through this all levels, fast paced core express session! A strong and fast burner to add to the beginning or end of your Pilates session to give you that extra activation through the core. Meet you on the mat!

Iconic Inversions
Join Steph for one of her favourite practices – inversions! This intermediate level class is a great session that will assist you to build up to strengthen your inversions, control through the torso and overall trunk strength. A great session that will leave you feeling activated, long, lengthened and walking taller!

Core Extravaganza
Join the wonderful Jane for Core Extravaganza, an intermediate, express reformer session that will have your abs spicy and strong! A great session to smash out!

Speedy Strong Strength
Christian will take you on a Speedy Strong Strength reformer and mat hybrid class. This class is short, fast-paced and focuses on upper body strength. Using body weight, reformer and dumbbells to execute functional movements alongside some Pilates favourite exercises to help you achieve those upper body gains!

Move Mobility
Join Christian for a Move Mobility class utilising the reformer, mat and half barrel. A great stretch class to loosen up those tight spots! A class for all, especially those runners to increase mobility and stretch out through your muscles that carry you through pounding the pavement.

Concrete Core
Concrete core is a great way to finish the end of your session, with a short BANG of spice and core activation. Join Christian for a quick, high-intensity, challenge to finish of STRONG!

Hippin’ Hips!
Hippin’ Hips is the perfect stretch and mobility class to release those tight hips from running, sitting or just general soreness and tightness! A nice slow-flow to help you feel loosey-goosey – wonderful after a big day!

End of Day Posture Reset
If you’ve had a long day in the office, then this one is for you! We’re often caught spending long hours at the desk, in the car or on the couch, so this session is designed to open up the chest and strengthen our core and back muscles to counteract a long day. Join Physiotherapist Lisa for an all-levels friendly class targeting on resetting through your postural muscles – a great one for all!

Whole Body Reset
Join Madi for an all levels friendly Wunda Chair stretch session. Please ensure you have watched the Wunda Chair Tutorial prior to commencing class. A beautiful stretch with will hit the whole body, those tight spots and a great postural stretch too. Great one for all levels and all bodies!

A Stretch for One, a Stretch for All!
Join Nat for an all-levels friendly express stretch class, that will have you hitting all the tight spots for a great release, increasing mobility and overall joint range of motion. The name says it all – a must do for ALL bodies!

Solid Hips and Back
Solid hips and back will have your body feeling strong, mobile and solid! With Nat taking you through this all-levels amazing session, you will be backed with beneficial, functional movement and knowledge galore! Time to build strong, powerful and capable bodies!

Move and Groove
Join the knowledge-fuelled Nat with an intermediate Full body workout focused on strengthening the hip and core muscles. A great one for those looking to strengthen these areas, specifically those runners too! You can expect a challenge, fun, body-loving & knowledge filled session with the amazing Nat. Upper Ultra
This class will focus on the upper body and core, with layers and challenges! Expect Rick to take you through a dynamic use of weights on the reformer increasing strength and mobility through curls, rows, flys and a WHOLE lota BURN. Join your biggest fan and hype girl Ricki for some fun!

Fluid Flow
Join Sarah for a beautiful, fluid yoga flow that moves through in a timely manner testing your fluidity, stability and mobility! A fantastic class to help improve mind/body connection alongside strong mobility & stability challenges – something we all can take into everyday life! Fluid flow it out with the wonderful Sarah!

Flow and Glow
Join Esther as she takes you through a yoga flow class with key focus on following movement to the breath, strengthening the mind/body connection whilst improving strength and mobility. Wonderful class to improve mobility, flexibility and stability, moving in new ways incorporating new flows. Let’s flow with Esther!

Full body Burn
Tegan takes you through a thorough 33 minute class working the entire body with some exercises and moves that may be new to your repotoire. Variety is a good thing, enjoy this one.

Pilates + Strength 1
This class format is a new and challenging format where you will superset (combine) a Reformer movement with a DB movement to strengthen specific body parts. It’s good a solid pace, the movements cover the entire body and it’s a great way to combine different methods into one workout.

Total Body Realignment
An all over complete body stretch class designed to revitalise and enhance joint movement and assist with pain relief. Lengthen muscles, improve joint mobility and free body stiffness and soreness. A great class to do regularly – I guarantee you will feel rejuvenated and revived.

Pilates + Strength 2
This is a Full body workout which challenges all major muscle group and trunk strength through a combination of standard and advanced Reformer moves combined with a Dumbbell movement. The pace is on from the start, so get ready for a solid workout.

Full body Workout
Welcome to the complete Full body burn with Madi. Using the ball and box for accessories this class targets just about everything. Madi brings the magic once again.

Pilates + Strength 3
This class is a challenging series of movement combined in a number of triplets. Reformer to Dumbells to Abdominal Strength. It’s achievable, but the pace is constant, so get your equipment ready and mind engaged and enjoy this new combination of Full body work.

Glutes and Core GALORE
Short, sweat and you’ll be sweaty. It’s a short class but heavy on the workload. 22 mins of GLUTES and CORE GALORE. Enjoy

Pilates + Strength 4
Here’s another challenging workout for you to try. This one has a series of “triplet” movements that covers legs, core, upperbody and even some bodyweight moves to get your heart rate up a little. It’ll keep you moving and covers all the major muscles in a simple to follow format that will keep you both physically and mentally engaged. Ready…..GO!

Full body Stretching
Another opportunity to work on your much needed flexibility and mobility through a selection of key movements providing some of my favourite moves.
You can also use this as a longer cool down and flexibility session following one of our tougher workouts. Relax, Breathe, Stretch and repeat. Enjoy.

NXT Level Upper body and Core
A challenging collection of movements with some emphasis around Upper body and Trunk Strength moves.

Pilates + Strength 5
This workout once more combines 3 useful modalities of training – Reformer, DB’s and your own Bodyweight into a challenging series of combinations that will address your entire body. I have purposely kept the pace fast in this class, so get ready, once we start, we keep at it. ENJOY

Full body Stretch – Focusing on Key Tight Spots
This is a 25 min class focusing on the major areas of tightness that we see people present will commonly. It does goes over the whole body, I’m sure you will find a few movements in this class that make you feel more relaxed and mobile, especially through the lower back, hamstrings, hip flexors and into the upper body as well. Take your time, I have kept the pace slowly, focus on your breathing and relax into all the movements. Enjoy!

Advanced Full body Strength and Control
This class is designed to challenge all the key body parts. It’s a collection on mostly bodyweight movements and will require good levels of Strength and Control. This will be a good challenge, but as always, concentrate on using your ideal technique.

Pilates + Strength 6
Another collection of challenging moves combining the best of the Reformer, along with bodyweight movements and a solid pace to bring that aerobic component up as well.
So push yourself through this, you’ll hear me puffing along the way with you. Challenging but achievable. Have fun with it.
