Climbing Hills
Join Rusty for a strength reformer class. This class has beginner friendly exercises in it, however, it is programmed as a superset in a pyramid style session making it a challenging class for your strength. A great session to up the ante on your Pilates foundations with levelled up sets! Strong mind – strong bodies! 6 exercises, wrapped in fun programming!

Breaking Boundaries
Join Jordy and Kate for abeginner level reformer class using your box. This session has full body moments but focuses specifically on upper body strength. Come and join this double trouble duo for a fun express session – let’s smash it!

Bold Booty and Core
Who doesn’t love a solid booty and core burn with Jordy?! Come join him for this reformer session using the ball, with lots of layers and holds for that extra SPICE!

Power Player
Join Nat and Mitch for Power Player – a beginner friendly session on power! In this class we focus on timing and tempo to increase our fast twitch muscle fibre contribution to our movements, which increases our ability to use power when we move, hence increasing sport and daily activity performance. Only need your weights and your amazing body to go!

Limber Legs
An express, mat stretch session with Nat, focusing on the lower limbs – calves, quadriceps, hips, glutes and hamstrings. Not only a great session to stretch it out, but also increasing range of motion, length and release. A must do feel good stretch session for those lower bodies!

Hip and Lower Back Release
Nat takes you on an express mat class with key focus on releasing through the hips and back. Great for anyone who needs release in those tight spots, athletes, runners, golf goers, pre and post-natal or even those who simply need a stretch. All levels welcome, let’s stretch and release!

Swiss Stretch
Swiss Stretch is an express, all-levels stretch class that uses the Swiss ball on the mat. This class emphasises length, mobility and alignment within the body. Steph will move with you to increase range of motion, loosen tight joints and overall lengthening through the body. Let’s stretch!

Lower Body Lengthen
Join Tegan for some lower body stretch and lengthen all levels friendly – perfect pre or post class, excellent for runners targeting those sweet spots and an all-round feel-good class for those legs! Prioritise your rest, stretch and mobility and move with Tegs on the reformer for some lengthening love! Pre and post-natal friendly too – let’s move it!

Stretch and Grow
Stretch & Grow is an all-levels reformer class focusing on stretch and length through the body. It’s slow paced and low impact great for those joints and mobility. Join Madi for a class for all bodies, especially those pre/post workout, or pre/post-natal. An excellent class to do when feeling tight, need mindful movement, increase mobility and length through the body. Come move with Mads!

Yogi Stretch
Sarah takes you through an express stretch class that is Yoga inspired. It encourages length, alignment and a solid reset for the body. Come flow with Sarah!

Ankle Mobility
Ankle mobility is super important for knee, hip and lower body joint health. Nat takes you on an ankle mobility stretch and strength, express reformer class to improve overall range of motion and strength behind it. A great class for all, especially runners, athletes, parents and those wanting to increase bone mineral density in lower limbs. A must do class!

Back Health Class
Join Nat for this express reformer session focusing on back health. Nat uses her knowledge as an Exercise Physiologist to program a session that enhances mobility, strength and posture, targeting key muscle groups and supporting muscles groups of the back. A session for everybody and a must do!

Bounce and Burn
Join the dynamic duo Tara and Rusty for a beginner express class. Learn how to insert and use the Jump Board efficiently and effectively. This class will teach the techniques specific to jump board exercises and continue to build your Pilates repertoire, focusing on the lower body and core.

Rounded Restore
Rounded Restore is an all-levels friendly stretch class taken by Lauren D. With Lauren’s well-rounded background of yoga, Pilates and fitness, she will help release key, tight spots to restore the body as a whole. Let’s stretch & flow!

A Hug for the Body
A Hug for the Body is an all-levels friendly express stretch class that focuses on restoring and nourishing the body with love and mobility. Simply put, A Hug for your Body, will leave your body and posture thanking you for taking the time to complete this class – a must do for all, and one for the favourites!

Humming Hips
Join Steph for Humming Hips, an intermediate reformer session to open the hips, create depth and greater range of motion through splits combos. Join Steph for a nourishing yet challenging session to open those hips, increase flexibility and strength through mobility!

A Nice Big Stretch
Join the joyful Jacqui for a “Nice Big Stretch” for all levels on the reformer. Jacqui will cue you seamlessly through this one spring flow, increasing mobility, blood flow, deep stretches and full body love to reset and revamp.

Matched Mobility
Whether your body needs a pre-workout stretch, post workout, or just need some “you time”, Jane has got you! This all-levels friendly class is an incredible total body target, opening up tight spots and lengthening through your body. A great one for when you need that extra lengthen!

Centered Core
Join Christian for a high intensity, core workout! Short and spicy that will have your abs working and the heart rate going too! All you need is your amazing self and a mat – let’s go!

Mobility Motion
Mobility Motion is a great class for ALL! With focus on movement through the joints and deepening throughout stretches for the hips, glutes and hamstrings, making it a great session for runners, athletes, those who are tight in their hips/glutes, those who have been sitting at a desk all day, and even those who are wanting to improve their range of motion in their body. One for all!

Complex Core
Join Christian for an advanced core mat class! Complex Core is one that will challenge your balance using the swiss ball for strong, advanced movements. A tricky challenge – your mission if you choose to accept!

Runner Ready
Runner Ready is a top-notch mat class dedicated to those running lovers like Christian! This intermediate mat class is one for the legs and the core using the spicy sliders, the box and weights. A great session to help build strength, mobility and assist with your running goals.

Radical Reps
Biceps, triceps, midback, chest, you name it Christian will hit it in this intermediate, express, upper body strength class. Utilsing weights and the reformer, this class will take you on high reps programming for muscular endurance and test your overall strength – a great challenge!

Focused Form
Come move with Christian and train upper body! Christian takes you on an upper body strength session that encompasses some favourite reformer Pilates exercises and functional strength exercises to compliment the overall workout. This class has standard level beginner friendly exercises, however the programming and spring choices takes it up a notch to intermediate level. Give yourself a fun, new challenge and move with CB – adjust and take breaks where you need!

Tune Up
Tune Up is a full body, intermediate mat & reformer hybrid class with Christian! A great session combining functional movements with Pilates to get more bang for your buck in this strength focused class.

Functional Flavour
Join Christian for an intermediate lower body strength class using the reformer, weights and mat. Christian will have you moving with some reformer favorite exercises, alongside functional movements in order to transfer to everyday movement, running and general activities. As a runner himself, Christian has programmed this class for those running lovers to incorporate into your training. Lower body build with Christian!

Speedy Strong Strength
Christian will take you on a Speedy Strong Strength reformer and mat hybrid class. This class is short, fast-paced and focuses on upper body strength. Using body weight, reformer and dumbbells to execute functional movements alongside some Pilates favourite exercises to help you achieve those upper body gains!

5 Minute Finisher
The five-minute finisher is the perfect way to top off your session with a spicy little challenge! 5 exercises, 45 seconds each to end strong! Come move with Christian to smash the end of your session!

Lower Body Build
Hamstrings, glutes, calves, quads – all the juicy muscles are invited to this lower body dominate party, come and move them with Christian! Intermediate level, this class will hit all the key spots of your lower body, great to improve strength gains, mobility through your everyday movements, and particularly great for Christian’s fellow runner-loving movers too! Pyramid Plus
Pyramid Plus takes you through 4 exercises in a Pyramid-style program to challenge muscular endurance in the upper body specifically. A great challenge to move with Christian – let’s go!

All The Right Moves
All The Right Moves has a little bit of everything for all the fun! Upper body, core and some jump board fun for the finale! Christian will give you a challenging rep targeted, intermediate level class and motivate you to push to your limits!

Max Mat
Max Mat is an intermediate mat class that will have you hitting core, arms and those luscious legs utilising a wide range of equipment – box, booty band, ball and weights! Join CB for a strong full body class – MAX movement, MAX MAT!

Hold Strong Whole Body
Full body class with CB, hitting legs, arms and spicey core! Beginner movements with intermediate spring choices and programming, that will have you hitting higher reps, stronger springs and taking a new challenge! Push your limits, move for you and come sweat with Christian!

Concrete Core
Concrete core is a great way to finish the end of your session, with a short BANG of spice and core activation. Join Christian for a quick, high-intensity, challenge to finish of STRONG!

Upper body Build!
This all-levels friendly strength class is a must do to help increase your upper body strength! With layers to help increase the difficulty, Christian takes you through his iconic hybrid classes, using both functional movements alongside some great reformer combinations to burn those upper bodies!

Full body Gains!
Christian’s Full body strength is the perfect hybrid of functional strength training, meets reformer training. For all your Full body strength needs, join Christian as he moves through strong movements to increase your overall muscular strength and gains!

Lean Legs and Core
Christian’s lower body strength session is a fantastic class for those leg gains! He will have you using heavy springs to test your strength alongside functional movements to push your potential! Great class for overall strength and of course those running and sport enthusiasts out there!

Pilates Plus Strength
In true Rusty fashion, his Pilates Plus Strength class will take you on a Full body workout using functional movements alongside some reformer favourites!! Legs, arms and core galore, this class will target Full body for intermediate levels. Let’s go!

Traditional Full body Flow
If you enjoy a more traditional format of Reformer moves, this one hits the spot. It also combines movements across the whole body, top to bottom and front to back. This one gets the job done. ENJOY

Athletic Legs
I really enjoyed putting this one together! Leg strength is such a critical aspect of overall Health and Fitness. Whether you are a younger participant or racking up the years, (like I) this session is beneficial for all. Modify accordingly if needed, but do your best and include this session in your program on a regular basis.

Traditional Full body on the Reformer
This is a good session for anyone of an Intermediate level, even touching into some Advanced moves. After your brief warm-up, you’ll go through a leg series, core series and a back / pull series. Nothing too tricky in here, but it’ll hit the spot for sure.

All My Favourites – Combo Stretch Class
A comprehensive 25 min stretch session that includes all of my favourite stretches. Surely you can keep up with this old guy and most likely do a little bit better no doubt.

Advanced Full body Strength and Control
This class is designed to challenge all the key body parts. It’s a collection on mostly bodyweight movements and will require good levels of Strength and Control. This will be a good challenge, but as always, concentrate on using your ideal technique.

Full body and Ab Combo
RJ goes express with 7 moves covering the whole body and hitting the Abs.

Pilates + Strength 8
This class provides a terrific balance from head to toe, utilising an easy to follow, yet engaging blend of Reformer, Bodyweight and DBells. Legs, Core work, Upper body strength, it’s one with THE LOT!
Enjoy this one.

Pilates + Strength 7
This Class contains plenty of challenging movements both on and off the Reformer. It targets legs, core and upper body, so in this 40 min workout you’ll get some serious work done across all your major muscle groups. The pace is constant, so pay attention to the cues and teaching points that I deliver and it will flow nicely. Challenging yet achievable, I think you’ll enjoy this session a lot. Get stuck into it.

Full body Stretch – Focusing on Key Tight Spots
This is a 25 min class focusing on the major areas of tightness that we see people present will commonly. It does goes over the whole body, I’m sure you will find a few movements in this class that make you feel more relaxed and mobile, especially through the lower back, hamstrings, hip flexors and into the upper body as well. Take your time, I have kept the pace slowly, focus on your breathing and relax into all the movements. Enjoy!

Challenger Workout
This class covers the entire body through a series of challenging and connected but traditional Pilates exercises. The pace is constant and exercises generally come from a more advanced level. This is one for the traditional and experienced Pilates user. Enjoy the session.

The Full Pilates Flow
For a more traditional Pilates experience this Full body Pilates experience will work you from top to bottom with a smooth flow of achievable and challenging movements that will need your full focus and attention. Technique is the focus in this.

Pilates + Strength 6
Another collection of challenging moves combining the best of the Reformer, along with bodyweight movements and a solid pace to bring that aerobic component up as well.
So push yourself through this, you’ll hear me puffing along the way with you. Challenging but achievable. Have fun with it.

Pilates + Strength 5
This workout once more combines 3 useful modalities of training – Reformer, DB’s and your own Bodyweight into a challenging series of combinations that will address your entire body. I have purposely kept the pace fast in this class, so get ready, once we start, we keep at it. ENJOY

Jumpboard and Core Complex
This is a simple but challenging workout combining a collection of our favourite core exercises, combined with some fun Jumpboard work. EVERYONE loves a good jumpboard session! Enjoy the class.

Pilates + Strength 4
Here’s another challenging workout for you to try. This one has a series of “triplet” movements that covers legs, core, upperbody and even some bodyweight moves to get your heart rate up a little. It’ll keep you moving and covers all the major muscles in a simple to follow format that will keep you both physically and mentally engaged. Ready…..GO!

Pilates + Strength 3
This class is a challenging series of movement combined in a number of triplets. Reformer to Dumbells to Abdominal Strength. It’s achievable, but the pace is constant, so get your equipment ready and mind engaged and enjoy this new combination of Full body work.

Pilates + Strength 1
This class format is a new and challenging format where you will superset (combine) a Reformer movement with a DB movement to strengthen specific body parts. It’s good a solid pace, the movements cover the entire body and it’s a great way to combine different methods into one workout.

Pilates + Strength 2
This is a Full body workout which challenges all major muscle group and trunk strength through a combination of standard and advanced Reformer moves combined with a Dumbbell movement. The pace is on from the start, so get ready for a solid workout.

MAXIMISING Strength with SUPERSETS
This class targets all major muscle groups and will really challenge you and your strength capacities. It follows a simple format of work-rest-work, much like a traditional gym workout, but using the Reformer and some weights. Take your time, have some extra rest periods if necessary, we know you’ll enjoy the challenge of this workout and the response that you get from improved strength and body control.

‘Six’ of the BEST – Fast paced strength / endurance CIRCUIT
This class is structured around a circuit style format. It captures basic movements of large muscle groups with a steady pace and shorter rest periods. Do your best to keep up, but if you need rest, simply pause the Ipad. The 6 major movements are repeated through 3 circuits. At the end you should feel like you’ve had a solid strength workout with a healthy dose of aerobic work. Please enjoy.

KNEES and HIPS – Unilateral Strength and Control
General leg strength is a class specifically targeted to produce and improve function of the lower extremity. It addresses all major muscle groups, including Glutes / Quads / Hamstrings / Adductors and Abductors, as well as the Gastroc and Achilles regions. You can modify the difficulty of the exercises by manipulating the springs as well.
