A great class to increase flexibility and perfect after a challenging workout to release tension from the body and mind and focus back into the breath and body. No equipment needed, just you and your mat. Let’s stretch and breathe.

Short Box Spice
The name says it all – Short Box Spice requires the reformer and box to execute your SPICE! Come and join Kate for an advance express reformer class that hits the full body to SPICE UP YOUR LIFE – abs, quads, upper body and balance!

Short Box Finisher
Short Box Finisher is a perfect class to complete your session with an extra sprinkle of spice for that lower body! Join Kate for this intermediate, express, reformer session using only the box and reformer. Curtsy lunges, donkey kicks and some planks to get you moving and grooving!!

Movement Mastery

Booty Blitzer
Booty Blitzer is an express mat class using ankle weights. This class includes heart race increasing movements alongside a quick booty burn with key focus on overloading glutes, and fatiguing through the lower body increasing muscular endurance. This class can be done without the ankle weights if you prefer. Come join Kate on the mat for Booty Blitzer!

Nice with Spice
Join the wonderful man himself, Jordy for an intermediate – advanced, express reformer class that will hit the full body with key emphasis on the lower body and core. Planks, squats and legs in strap kickbacks for all your activations and spice! All you’ll need is a box and your great self – let’s move it, move it!

Raise the Roof
Jordy and Kate take you through an upper body and core class for Intermediate – advanced movers! This class has solid transitions keeping the body moving throughout the whole session with intent and focus. A fun must do!

Stillness in Stability
Stillness in Stability is an express mat class, for the intermediate level. Kate’s focus in this full stranding workout, is to challenge stability, whilst giving layer on layers to improve mind body connection and control. You’ll need your mat and weights. A must do for improvement in balance & stability.

Spine Flow
A delicious stretch and flow to reset the body and posture after a long day or to prepare for a big day ahead! Lauren D takes you through an all-levels friendly mat stretch that hits all the best spots to realign, reset and reclaim your body’s mobility and length. Only need your mat and weights. Such a great class for all!

Points of Concentration
Points of Connection with Lauren D is an intermediate mat work class using the mat and 2 yoga blocks. This express class gives you key points of mind and body connection to improve your mobility, strength and activations in fundamentals alongside some fun balance challenges!

Wunda Chair Magic
Wunda Chair Magic with Madi is an express Wunda Chair session that focuses on balance, posture and the lower body. This session is great for all levels and all bodies, especially for those pre- or post-natal. Please ensure you watch the Wunda Chair tutorial prior to commencing the class. Come and enjoy some Wunda magic with Madi!

Wunda-ful!
Wunda-ful is an express Wunda chair class with Madi that focuses on the lower body strength, balance and mobility, whilst honing in on the correct technique for execution. This session is great for all levels, including pre- or post-natal in all trimesters. All you need is the Wunda chair and the gondola pole. Come move with Madi!

Legs ‘N’ Straps Fun
Come and join Caitlyn for an express, intermediate, full legs in straps class! A delicious session to do before or after your main session to stretch out, create length and increase strength throughout the body. See you in the straps!

Quickie Glute Burn
A fan favourite – spicy, juicy, delicious quick glute burn for all levels! Come join Caitlyn for an express booty session. Fun, short and spicy, let’s burn those buns!

Ninja Legs and Abs
Come and join Arna for an advanced, express, reformer class: Ninja Legs & Abs! This class includes abductor strength, inner thigh strength, glute stamina and core work, all to be executed with precision and control! Cardio Crush
Join Nat for an all-levels express cardio mat class – Cardio Crush! no equipment needed, just your energy and a mat. Nat will give you options if you are avoiding any jumping or high impact movements. You’ll have 4 exercises, 3 times repeated, 30 seconds on with a 20 second rest – let’s smash it team!

Limber Legs
An express, mat stretch session with Nat, focusing on the lower limbs – calves, quadriceps, hips, glutes and hamstrings. Not only a great session to stretch it out, but also increasing range of motion, length and release. A must do feel good stretch session for those lower bodies!

No Peri-Problems
Join the master Nat for an express, cardio, all-levels mat session! This class has been created for all bodies and gives you options for many levels to create higher or lower impact. Nat has specifically programmed this class with science backed time duration and exercise choice for those who are going through perimenopause – the programming she has implemented help assist through symptoms and increase bone mineral density overall. A class for all, but a great choice for those bones – let’s crush it!

Hip and Lower Back Release
Nat takes you on an express mat class with key focus on releasing through the hips and back. Great for anyone who needs release in those tight spots, athletes, runners, golf goers, pre and post-natal or even those who simply need a stretch. All levels welcome, let’s stretch and release!

Walk The Plank

The name says it all – upper body strength here we go! Upper body burn with Kate is an express session that uses your straps on the reformer to increase your overall strength. Kate takes you on a beginner reformer class with the option to layer exercises, creating challenging combos. Let’s go upper body!

Lift
Short, sweet and a fun little express reformer burner to get that heart rate up! Heavy spring choice to target those strong legs, with weight utilisation for coordination challenges! Mandy will be encouraging you every step of the way in this intermediate, full body fun session!

Core Finisher
Short and strong! This intermediate, express reformer session is the perfect finisher if you’re wanting a little extra after your session! It’s focused on burning your core, utilising the weights with your favourite hype girl Kate!

Swiss Stretch
Swiss Stretch is an express, all-levels stretch class that uses the Swiss ball on the mat. This class emphasises length, mobility and alignment within the body. Steph will move with you to increase range of motion, loosen tight joints and overall lengthening through the body. Let’s stretch!

Lower Body Lengthen
Join Tegan for some lower body stretch and lengthen all levels friendly – perfect pre or post class, excellent for runners targeting those sweet spots and an all-round feel-good class for those legs! All In Stretch

Ankle Mobility
Ankle mobility is super important for knee, hip and lower body joint health. Back Health Class

Join the dynamic duo Tara and Rusty for a beginner express class. Learn how to insert and use the Jump Board efficiently and effectively. This class will teach the techniques specific to jump board exercises and continue to build your Pilates repertoire, focusing on the lower body and core.

Align and Define
Align & Define is an express reformer session with Briana where you’ll only require the box. This class will focus on upper body mobility and strength to realign and reset posture, alongside core activation to improve strength and control throughout the body. Let’s do it!

Swiss Core Strength
Madi takes you on a short Swiss Core Strength class using the swiss ball on the mat. This class is intermediate – advance level, so let’s switch on and swiss out!

Legs Express
It’s express, it’s fast, it’s upbeat! Join Madi for an express mat session using the weighted ring focusing on those strong legs! Balance, strength, control and fun vibes – let’s do it!

Light Legs and Core
Light Legs and Core is an express reformer session using your weights and box. This intermediate level session was created around light lower body and core work for stability and balance; however, it also has upper body work embedded to challenge coordination. Grab a gondola pole if you need help with that balance, get your enthusiasm ready and come move with Madi!

Spice City Glutes
Spice City Glutes doesn’t need an introduction…but Madi will be taking you through an express glute focused reformer class using the jump board, box and ball. Let’s, jump, move and build those glutes, with a layer of core-of course!!

Core-licious
Come join Madi for a core class using the ball and box on the reformer. This core session is express, focuses on control, balance and refining core activation through the obliques and transverse abdominis. Let’s get Core-licious!

Rounded Restore
Rounded Restore is an all-levels friendly stretch class taken by Lauren D. With Lauren’s well-rounded background of yoga, Pilates and fitness, she will help release key, tight spots to restore the body as a whole. Let’s stretch & flow!

Tenacious
Tenacious is an express mat class using the mat, Pilates ball and ankle weights instructed by Monique. This class has a key focus on the all-time favourites: core & booty. Let’s do it!

Core City
Core City is an intermediate mat class with focus on the core, run by the wonderful Lauren. Lauren will focus on control through the movements, allowing strength through the core and thus full body movements. All movements are beginner-intermediate level friendly, however with limited rest creating a level up challenge!

Polar Express
In this all-levels friendly reformer session with Nat, we use the reformer to increase our aerobic endurance and capacity using heavy springs and large muscle groups. Expect to work each set until you are fatigued and get that heart rate up!

Build
Build is a beginner friendly reformer class, express style using ONLY the straps for your lovely legs! This is one not to be missed and to keep in your favourites. Jane takes you on a flow using your straps to enhance lower body strength, mobility and flexibility. Let’s move through legs in straps!

Absolutely fABulous
Absolutely fABulous will have your abs popping and locking! Join Nat for this intermediate – advance core session to increase core strength and control. Targeting your abs in all the ways, this class will challenge moving dynamically yet with CONTROL!

Do not let the length fool you…short BUT oh so spicy! A perfect one to add on to the end of your session for that extra flavor! Tegan takes you through layers of planks and squats to spice up your life!

Extra Express
Extra Express with Nat is an all-levels friendly express class that will raise your heart rate and hit the whole body. She’s quick, she’s fiery and bound to get that blood pumping and endorphins flying!

Fun, juicy and strong, this class is short, fiery and one for your favourites! Join Tegan on the mat for an express class using the booty band to get the booty active and strong!

Heavy & Hard

Lower Body Fire
Get ready for an intermediate level quick but fiery workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energized. In just 15 minutes, you’ll use the jump board to blast through intense cardio intervals that target your legs, core, and glutes, all while keeping your heart rate up. With each explosive jump, you’ll build endurance, power, and strength—plus, you’ll have fun while doing it! Pyramid Plus takes you through 4 exercises in a Pyramid-style program to challenge muscular endurance in the upper body specifically. A great challenge to move with Christian – let’s go!

Concrete Core

A great stretch class for all, especially our mummas to be and new mums! Hitting some amazing stretches and love on those joints – great for all levels. Strong Mummas!
Join Mumma to Be Jordan for a Strong Mummas express class focusing on upper body strength! A class for everyone, but especially for our Mummas to be and new mums! End of Day Posture Reset
If you’ve had a long day in the office, then this one is for you! We’re often caught spending long hours at the desk, in the car or on the couch, so this session is designed to open up the chest and strengthen our core and back muscles to counteract a long day. Join Physiotherapist Lisa for an all-levels friendly class targeting on resetting through your postural muscles – a great one for all!

Booty Buster
Join Lisa for an all levels friendly, quick booty buster that will leave your glutes feeling spicy, strong and ready to conquer your week! Lisa utilises the band and encourages strong form, control and delicious movements your booty with LOVE! Our glutes help support our daily movement, especially our balance which is super important for every body. Come move with Lisa and feel the strong, controlled movements, celebrating your body every step of the way!

Standing Strengthener

Join Nat for an all-levels friendly express stretch class, that will have you hitting all the tight spots for a great release, increasing mobility and overall joint range of motion. The name says it all – a must do for ALL bodies!

Join Jessie as she takes you through an all-levels friendly, super speedy yoga flow. This class focuses on full body movement, mobility, stability and mind/body connection with Jessie’s fun flare!

Dynamic Core Express

Athletic Legs
I really enjoyed putting this one together! Leg strength is such a critical aspect of overall Health and Fitness. Whether you are a younger participant or racking up the years, (like I) this session is beneficial for all. Modify accordingly if needed, but do your best and include this session in your program on a regular basis.

Standing Express
It’s all done standing! This short and sharp legs session is to be done primarily standing and will work your major leg muscles and hip stabilisers. Applicable to all levels, but modify or take some extra rest if needed. Use the Gondola Pole for additional support and balance assistance.

Quick Killer Core
No time to relax. Keep that core engaged and working throughout this fast paced killer workout. This core combination is ‘crazy’ good and effective – Goodluck!

Express Yourself with Weights
Pilates and weights, the perfect combination of strength and mobility. A fast and ferocious Full body workout targeting the major muscles of the legs, shoulders and trunk.
