This class is an intermediate level matwork session with Caitlyn and Christian, both focusing on the core complex! You’ll only need the mat.

Mixtape Series – Full body Fire
Mixtape series: Welcome to the Mixtape Series. These classes have been created using existing express classes, fused together to make longer, stronger and more spicy classes! This means you could be moving with 2-3 of your favourite instructors in the one class!
This class is an intermediate matwork session with Mandy, focusing on the booty and core, and full body! You’ll need a mat and weights.

Mixtape Series – Full body Fuel
Mixtape series: Welcome to the Mixtape Series. These classes have been created using existing express classes, fused together to make longer, stronger and more spicy classes! This means you could be moving with 2-3 of your favourite instructors in the one class!
This class is an intermediate matwork level session with Sarah, focusing on the lower body and full body! You’ll need a mat, Pilates ring and Pilates ball.

Mixtape Series – Posture Perfection

This class is an all-levels friendly session matwork and Wunda with Lisa and Madi, both focusing on perfect posture! You’ll need the mat and Wunda chair, so be sure to set yourself up with both pieces of equipment.

Mixtape Series – Full Body Tune

This class an intermediate matwork session with Mandy and Kate, both focusing on the full body! You’ll need a mat and weights.

Mixtape Series – Cardio Love

This class is an intermediate matwork session with Madi, focusing on cardio on the mat! You’ll need your mat and weights.

This class is an all-levels friendly reformer session with Women’s Health Physio Lauren Neill, focusing on a delicious stretch! Pre- and post-natal friendly. You’ll need a mat and yoga block with your reformer.

Mixtape Series – Post-natal stretch

This class is an all-levels friendly reformer session with Jordan and Lauren Neill, both focusing on post-natal stretch! You’ll need a mat set up next to your reformer.

This class is an all-levels friendly matwork class with Lisa and Madi, both focusing on the booty and upper body! You’ll need your mat, booty band and weights.

This class is an intermediate reformer class with Ricki and Jane, focusing on booty and core! You’ll need the jump board and wider platform.

Mixtape Series – Booty and Core

This class is an intermediate reformer class with Ricki and Jane, focusing on booty and core! You’ll need a gondola pole, box and wider platform.

This class is an intermediate – advanced matwork class with Christian and Lisa, focusing on core and lower body! You’ll need a mat, weighted ring, swiss ball and booty band.
