
Juicy June
This monthly series is best for those that would like structure for their Pilates classes. Designed to incorporate a variety of instructions and class genres, these classes are selected from latest releases and the greatest hits of the @pilates platform! These classes are appropriate for all levels, provide you three fabulous classes each week and will be updated each month! Let’s move and groove!
Week 1

Perfect Control
Join Raffaella for a beginner, full body reformer class with key focus on pelvic stability. A great class that encompasses full body movement, emphasizing control, supported movement and technique execution. Raff will be smiling with you and cheering you on the whole way!

Bouncing Body Burn
Bouncing Body Burn is all about having fun with your movement, stepping up to try find your next level and moving for you! Join Kate for an all-levels friendly class, using the Pilates ball to get your mind working alongside your amazing body!

Pilates Playground
Join Marena and Chris as Marena takes you through a fun, beginner-friendly Classical pilates class that is perfect for Gen X. With heaps of props to keep you engaged throughout, this class offers a well-rounded, full-body workout. You’ll move through plenty of work on your back, along with some seated work on the box and some standing split work. A great class to build your Pilates practice and feel strong in your body. Enjoy!
Week 2

Muscle Movers
Join Jane for an intermediate level class that has it all – mobility, balance, body weight movements & muscular endurance challenges. Physiotherapist Jane will guide you through a controlled flow, all without dropping her smile! Have that gondola pole ready to assist your balance if you need. A great session with a great instructor!

Formed Flow
Come move with Arna in her full body reformer class. This session is for those intermediate to advanced goers who are ready to challenge their reverse facing lower body work with challenging stability and balance lower body combinations! Have the gondola pole handy if you need extra support for your balance. Bring on the challenge with Arna!

Fundamental Fire
These simple yet fun exercises will keep you focused the whole time, creating a 360 flow around the reformer only using the weights. Join Kate as she takes you through an all-levels killer class with focus on fundamentals and nailing them from the get-go! Exercises you should expect are bridges, abdominals work, side standing glute exercises, planks and single arm combinations to name a few.
Week 3

Beyond Potential
Join Mandy for a total body intermediate reformer class that will have you in so many layers to hit your potential and beyond! This smiling Pilates queen uses the weights to give you a little extra spice whilst also focusing on key form corrections.
Week 4

Slick Shapes
Tegan takes you on an intermediate flow all around the reformer with various exercise favourites such as legs in straps, planks, some juicy stretches and fun challenges in-between. This intermediate level class, utilising the box is a great full body tune up hitting all the key targets of the body! Enjoy!

Sleek Moves
Sleek Moves is a full body, intermediate level reformer class that uses the weights. Join the fabulous duo that is Jane and Teagan for a strong session that will leave you hitting all targets of the body and glowing from the inside out! Expect some flying splits, hamstring curls, oblique rotations, double arm back work, wheelbarrows and a whole lot of laughs with these two!

Monumental
Two times the spice and two times the energy with Kate and Charlotte moving you through a beginner-intermediate level reformer class using the Pilates ring, circle and box. Some moves to expect are side lying glutes, side standing lower body work, squats, upper body variations and ab work. Let’s move with two powerhouse women!
