Stretch and Unwind is an all-levels friendly mat class for length, stretch and alignment. A great class to increase flexibility and perfect after a challenging workout to release tension from the body and mind and focus back into the breath and body. No equipment needed, just you and your mat. Let’s stretch and breathe.

Wunda Chair Magic
Wunda Chair Magic with Madi is an express Wunda Chair session that focuses on balance, posture and the lower body. This session is great for all levels and all bodies, especially for those pre- or post-natal. Please ensure you watch the Wunda Chair tutorial prior to commencing the class. Come and enjoy some Wunda magic with Madi!

Wunda-ful!
Wunda-ful is an express Wunda chair class with Madi that focuses on the lower body strength, balance and mobility, whilst honing in on the correct technique for execution. This session is great for all levels, including pre- or post-natal in all trimesters. All you need is the Wunda chair and the gondola pole. Come move with Madi!

Limber Legs
An express, mat stretch session with Nat, focusing on the lower limbs – calves, quadriceps, hips, glutes and hamstrings. Not only a great session to stretch it out, but also increasing range of motion, length and release. A must do feel good stretch session for those lower bodies!

No Peri-Problems
Join the master Nat for an express, cardio, all-levels mat session! This class has been created for all bodies and gives you options for many levels to create higher or lower impact. Nat has specifically programmed this class with science backed time duration and exercise choice for those who are going through perimenopause – the programming she has implemented help assist through symptoms and increase bone mineral density overall. A class for all, but a great choice for those bones – let’s crush it!

Hip and Lower Back Release
Nat takes you on an express mat class with key focus on releasing through the hips and back. Great for anyone who needs release in those tight spots, athletes, runners, golf goers, pre and post-natal or even those who simply need a stretch. All levels welcome, let’s stretch and release!

Swiss Stretch
Swiss Stretch is an express, all-levels stretch class that uses the Swiss ball on the mat. This class emphasises length, mobility and alignment within the body. Steph will move with you to increase range of motion, loosen tight joints and overall lengthening through the body. Let’s stretch!

Lower Body Lengthen
Join Tegan for some lower body stretch and lengthen all levels friendly – perfect pre or post class, excellent for runners targeting those sweet spots and an all-round feel-good class for those legs! Prioritise your rest, stretch and mobility and move with Tegs on the reformer for some lengthening love! Pre and post-natal friendly too – let’s move it!

Stretch and Grow
Stretch & Grow is an all-levels reformer class focusing on stretch and length through the body. It’s slow paced and low impact great for those joints and mobility. Join Madi for a class for all bodies, especially those pre/post workout, or pre/post-natal. An excellent class to do when feeling tight, need mindful movement, increase mobility and length through the body. Come move with Mads!

All In Stretch
Sarah takes you through an all levels stretch class perfect for all! Loosening up tight spots, making the most of mobility and length, this class will leave you feeling long, tall and lengthened.

Yogi Stretch
Sarah takes you through an express stretch class that is Yoga inspired. It encourages length, alignment and a solid reset for the body. Come flow with Sarah!

Total Target
Total Target is a full body reformer class great for beginners. Jane’s program uses the Pilates ring and the box to facilitate movement and create advancements. Jane gives detailed explanations, key cues to improve your Pilates form and will be cheering you on throughout the whole session!

Ankle Mobility
Ankle mobility is super important for knee, hip and lower body joint health. Nat takes you on an ankle mobility stretch and strength, express reformer class to improve overall range of motion and strength behind it. A great class for all, especially runners, athletes, parents and those wanting to increase bone mineral density in lower limbs. A must do class!

Back Health Class
Join Nat for this express reformer session focusing on back health. Nat uses her knowledge as an Exercise Physiologist to program a session that enhances mobility, strength and posture, targeting key muscle groups and supporting muscles groups of the back. A session for everybody and a must do!

Muscle Magic
Join the wonderful Nat for an intermediate reformer class focusing on full body strength, however targeting the smaller muscles around the hips, inner thighs and obliques. A great class for intermediate movers, including pregnant clients (trimester 1 & early trimester 2) and post-natal clients, with options to regress or advance. Nat gives you many tips and tricks in this class to assist weightbearing, core activation and focusing on technique. You’ll only need your rolldown bar to complete this class.

Rounded Restore
Rounded Restore is an all-levels friendly stretch class taken by Lauren D. With Lauren’s well-rounded background of yoga, Pilates and fitness, she will help release key, tight spots to restore the body as a whole. Let’s stretch & flow!

Super Stretchy
Super Stretchy is the perfect class for length, alignment and mobility throughout the body. Monique takes you for this all-levels friendly reformer, stretch class for restorative, long, lengthened movements.

Extra Express
Extra Express with Nat is an all-levels friendly express class that will raise your heart rate and hit the whole body. She’s quick, she’s fiery and bound to get that blood pumping and endorphins flying!

Perfect Positions
Perfect Positions is an all-levels friendly reformer class for absolutely anyone and everyone! It’s gentle on the body, pre- and post-natal friendly with some pelvic floor activations – great for all bodies! There is some footwork on the back, so please ensure if you are later in your pregnancy to avoid laying down – skip ahead and join back in! Let’s move Mumma’s & come move with Madi!

A Hug for the Body
A Hug for the Body is an all-levels friendly express stretch class that focuses on restoring and nourishing the body with love and mobility. Simply put, A Hug for your Body, will leave your body and posture thanking you for taking the time to complete this class – a must do for all, and one for the favourites!

Inner Peace
Join Jacqui for an all-levels friendly yoga class, Inner Peace. This class is about stillness, breath and slowing down throughout your movement – great for when you need to calm the body and mind in one.

Slow Flow
Join Jacqui for an all-levels friendly Slow Flow yoga class, encompassing balance, activation, mobility and length. A great one for all to embrace a slow and controlled pace through movement – delicious on the body!

Wunda Wonder
Join Steph for a mindful Wunda chair session stretching laterally through different mermaid variations. This session will aim to increase mobility through the side body, length through the posture and strength through the torso, all whilst getting a great stretch too! An amazing session to reset the posture after sitting for a long time.

Impact
Join the amazing Nat for an express, high intensity, total body mat class for all levels! IMPACT is a cardio session focusing on impact loading to help increase bone mineral density and aerobic fitness! You can’t help but smile in this class, moving with Nat and leveling up your education all in one. Let’s IMPACT!

Viva Vitality
Viva Vitality is an all-levels express stretch class, great to incorporate into a pre/post Pilates session, for those who have spent a long day sitting down or even when those muscles are sore and need a little love! With focus on mobility through joints and increasing range of movement, you’ll feel longer, taller and nourished in the mind and body.

Perfect Control
Join Raffaella for a beginner, full body reformer class with key focus on pelvic stability. A great class that encompasses full body movement, emphasizing control, supported movement and technique execution. Raff will be smiling with you and cheering you on the whole way!

Stretch it Out
Stretch it Out with Raff is an all-levels reformer stretch class great for every BODY! Raff gives great explanations on how to get the most out of your stretches and how to increase mobility through the movement. A fantastic express session to do before or after a class. Enjoy!

Mobility Motion
Mobility Motion is a great class for ALL! With focus on movement through the joints and deepening throughout stretches for the hips, glutes and hamstrings, making it a great session for runners, athletes, those who are tight in their hips/glutes, those who have been sitting at a desk all day, and even those who are wanting to improve their range of motion in their body. One for all!

Move Mobility
Join Christian for a Move Mobility class utilising the reformer, mat and half barrel. A great stretch class to loosen up those tight spots! A class for all, especially those runners to increase mobility and stretch out through your muscles that carry you through pounding the pavement.

Hippin’ Hips!
Hippin’ Hips is the perfect stretch and mobility class to release those tight hips from running, sitting or just general soreness and tightness! A nice slow-flow to help you feel loosey-goosey – wonderful after a big day!

Flex Your Stretch
Flex Your Stretch is the perfect class to do post your session to help lengthen out, stretch out those spicey activations and leave feeling rejuvenated! A class for all levels, join Kate for a relaxing, slow-paced stretch out!

Stretch & Bump!
A great stretch class for all, especially our mummas to be and new mums! Hitting some amazing stretches and love on those joints – great for all levels. A class for trimesters 1-2 and modifications for trimester 3. Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff. Stretchy love, with Jordan and her beautiful bump!

Strong Mummas!
Join Mumma to Be Jordan for a Strong Mummas express class focusing on upper body strength! A class for everyone, but especially for our Mummas to be and new mums! Great for trimesters 1-2, however modifications are given for trimester 3. Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff. Let’s go Mummas!

Move, Shake, Bump!
Join Jordan and her beautiful Bump for an all-levels reformer class. This one is friendly for post-natal mummas, trimester 1-2 mummas to be, with options/regressions given for trimester 3. Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff. Move, Shake & Bump out with Jordan!

Bump Out!
Join Mumma to be Jordan for an all-levels reformer session which is great for all Pilates lovers and of course our mummas to be! This class targets full body, gives options to progress or regress for all bodies and best for trimesters 1-2 with options for trimester three also. Join Jordan for a wonderful class, hitting uppers, lowers and core with many layers to advance and challenge you to your next level! Come Bump Out with Jordan and her beautiful BUMP! Please take class at your own pace and ask for modifications as you need from staff.

End of Day Posture Reset
If you’ve had a long day in the office, then this one is for you! We’re often caught spending long hours at the desk, in the car or on the couch, so this session is designed to open up the chest and strengthen our core and back muscles to counteract a long day. Join Physiotherapist Lisa for an all-levels friendly class targeting on resetting through your postural muscles – a great one for all!

Solid Hips and Back
Solid hips and back will have your body feeling strong, mobile and solid! With Nat taking you through this all-levels amazing session, you will be backed with beneficial, functional movement and knowledge galore! Time to build strong, powerful and capable bodies!

Move and Groove
Join the knowledge-fuelled Nat with an intermediate Full body workout focused on strengthening the hip and core muscles. A great one for those looking to strengthen these areas, specifically those runners too! You can expect a challenge, fun, body-loving & knowledge filled session with the amazing Nat. Let’s move and groove!

Lower Limb Strengthen and Lenghten
In this session, we target the lower limb through techniques which increase ankle, knee and hip joint stability and proprioception. Think balance, coordination and mind- muscle connection. While the movements are complex, Nat offers beginner and intermediate options for rehabilitation or continued strength from an injury or weakness. This is a great class for all, especially those wanting to strengthen an area due to weakness or instability, but also for those runners and our movement lovers looking to refine their movement and strength capabilities.

Calm Your Mind
An all-levels friendly class will help you calm your mind and supple through those amazing joints of yours that work so hard for you every day! A great one to relax the mind and body after a big session! Enjoy!

A Stretch for One, a Stretch for All!
Join Nat for an all-levels friendly express stretch class, that will have you hitting all the tight spots for a great release, increasing mobility and overall joint range of motion. The name says it all – a must do for ALL bodies!

Gen X Strength & Power
In this intermediate full body session, we focus on core strength targeting back and abdominal muscles as well as thigh muscle power output and glute muscle endurance. A great, solid class to target those larger muscle groups to assist bone mineral density and strong bodies to fulfil daily activities. Come move and groove with Nat!

Joyful Joints
A full- body Pilates session which will challenge your joint flexibility and increase your strength and stability with particular focus on ankle, hip and core musculature. This class is great for all levels with options to progress and regress, alongside pre- and post-natal options. The box and Pilates ring is utilised to increase challenge and support throughout this wonderful, strong class with Nat!

Pilates Party
An intermediate full body workout focused on safely increasing heart rate and muscle power in larger, global muscles. This workout incorporates functional movements which mimic daily activities and will have you moving strong and feeling confident. Come join Nat for a Pilates Party!

Move it, Move it!
Come move with Tegan in a Full body all levels friendly class! Utilising the Pilates ball to create a challenge, Tegan will move all around the reformer targeting your upper body, lower body and of course hitting that core! Tegan’s got you, let’s move it, move it!

Full body Power
A full- body beginner strength- based workout focused on thigh and glute strength as well as upper body push & pull movements targeting upper back and chest, including bursts of interval training and some hip mobility to finish. Lovely for all levels, especially those who would like to increase bone mineral density, increased muscle mass for strength and conquering everyday activities, with a focus on the large muscle groups. Bring it on!

Building a Solid Foundation
A balanced total body workout – Core, Legs, Arms and Back. Introducing some new foundation exercises and building on teaching tips and techniques. Core is the underpinning focus area while you increase your upper and lower limb exercise repertoire. Understanding good technique will help you get a more effective workout.

Lock in the Building Blocks
This session is appropriate for all levels and is a ‘MUST DO’ class for those relatively new to Reformer Pilates. A total body class with an emphasis on single leg exercises. You will add to your exercise repertoire and technique of the foundation building block exercises. Remember – Technique is Everything!

Total Body Realignment
An all over complete body stretch class designed to revitalise and enhance joint movement and assist with pain relief. Lengthen muscles, improve joint mobility and free body stiffness and soreness. A great class to do regularly – I guarantee you will feel rejuvenated and revived.

Max Mobility
Our ‘Go To’ total body stretches. Make them part of your daily routine to improve range of motion and reduce pain.

Happy Hips
Top exercises for tight Hips and Glutes combined with my favourite strength and mobility moves. I guarantee you will finish this class feeling lighter, more flexible and pain free through the hip / pelvis complex. Staying strong and mobile needs to be a priority for all stages of life. This class works for everyone and combines the best of our Foundation Exercises into an effective program that can be done multiple times per week.

All My Favourites – Combo Stretch Class
A comprehensive 25 min stretch session that includes all of my favourite stretches. Surely you can keep up with this old guy and most likely do a little bit better no doubt.

Pelvic Floor Focus
Welcome to Class #3 of our special section for our pregnant Members. All classes in this section are designed and instructed by our Physiotherapist, Shani Clark, who has also done specialist studies in Womens Health and Pelvic Floor health. This class focuses on pelvic floor health.

Quick! – I need a STRETCH!
A perfect quick stretch session that you can use at the start of a workout or the end. Short on time or just needing a brief stretch session to feel great? This one is for you. Enjoy

Strong Bodies
This class is perfect for mature participants wanting to maintain and improve their strength and flexibility without compromising balance and joints. The class emphasises leg and glute strength and hip mobility. Core and abdominal strength exercises are performed whilst supporting the neck and low back. Arms are strengthened without straining the shoulders and elbows. This class is user friendly and can be performed without any assistance from an onsite instructor.

Upper body Circuit Work
This class has been designed to target your Upper body in particular. This will be beneficial for many of you that need some targeted development through the Upper body. Use this class consistently and revisit it only a regular basis and you will find your Upper body strength will improve accordingly. Work through at your pace and modify springs if necessary. Enjoy the challenge.

All aboard the CORE EXPRESS
All aboard the CORE EXPRESS! Fast paced and a little bit furious, this one will FIRE the core muscles for sure.

Sculpting Bullet Proof Shoulders Part 1
The Shoulder is a complex joint. Follow this class to be guided by a Physio to improve your Shoulder strength and health.

Sculpting Bullet Proof Shoulders Part 2
The Shoulder joint is a complex joint and needs to be given care and attention for both strength and range of motion. This is the second class dedicated to this complicated area.

Full body Stretch – Focusing on Key Tight Spots
This is a 25 min class focusing on the major areas of tightness that we see people present will commonly. It does goes over the whole body, I’m sure you will find a few movements in this class that make you feel more relaxed and mobile, especially through the lower back, hamstrings, hip flexors and into the upper body as well. Take your time, I have kept the pace slowly, focus on your breathing and relax into all the movements. Enjoy!

Gentle on Joints – Maximising Movement
This class is especially effective for those who suffer with joint pain and find it difficult to kneel, bend deeply or support bodyweight. This class will assist with body movement and mobility and provide an effective method to work on strength and endurance. All movements are designed to target large muscle groups without difficulty.

Full body Stretching
Another opportunity to work on your much needed flexibility and mobility through a selection of key movements providing some of my favourite moves.
You can also use this as a longer cool down and flexibility session following one of our tougher workouts. Relax, Breathe, Stretch and repeat. Enjoy.

Move For You!
Join Lauren for a stretch class for all levels, catering for all bodies! Move For You, is a great class for stretching out that upper back and targeting those tight spots, making it a great stretch class for an everyday stretch, long days at the desk, new mums, pregnant mummas, runners, golfers and everyone in between – a great “one size fits all” stretch & mobility class.
