Power Positions
Join Raff and Bel in this intermediate full body flow designed to test your strength, stability, and control. Expect footwork, challenging planking sequences, and a mix of single and double arm work that will keep your whole body engaged from start to finish. This class is also Gen X friendly with little weight bearing exercises and seated box work
Week 2

Burn Mode
Join the fabulous Tegan L in this full body burn that brings a little bit of everything. Using the squishy ball to really challenge your stability and control, expect deep core work, spicy sumo squats, and full body movements that will keep you feeling strong and engaged the entire class. Get ready to feel the burn from head to toe!

Russ v Reformer
Join Russ for this All Levels friendly beginner session, where you’ll stay lying down for most of class, with a few standing stretches to finish. Expect legs in straps, footwork, fun jumpboard sequences, hands in straps and more. Settle in and enjoy moving with Russ!

Strong & Long
Join Mandy in this intermediate full body flow, using the ring to challenge you even further. Expect your quads to feel the burn and your shoulders to get a serious workout. Finishing off with some delicious legs in straps, this class is the perfect balance of strength and stretch.
Week 3

Rotate, Rollback & Reach
Join Tayla and Charlotte in this intermediate full body class that will challenge your reach and rotation. Expect standing leg work, kickbacks on the box, rollbacks, and back extensions, all woven together in a beautiful flowing sequence that’ll leave you feeling strong and lengthened.

360 Flow
Join the fabulous Briana in this intermediate full body flow. Working in 360 motion around the reformer, you’ll move through a little bit of everything, from single arm work, bird dogs, squats, and knee hovers. This class will keep you challenged the whole way through. Enjoy your workout with Briana!

Twist, Turn & Burn
Join Mandy in this intermediate full body flow, combining strength elements into your Pilates practice using the weights and box throughout the session. Expect lateral lunges, challenging plank sequences, double arm work on the box, and plenty of pulses and rotations to keep your muscles and core burning. Week 4

Work it!
Join Jordy and Kate in this full-body intermediate workout using the squishy ball! This class has it all, side-lying footwork, standing squats and scooters, double arm work, pikes, planks, and hands in straps. Get ready to work from the get-go in this spicy full-body session.

Leg Day Love
Join Kate in this intermediate class! If you haven’t felt your glutes today, you’ll definitely feel them with this one… and then some. Its all about the glutes (with a side of quads and hamstrings) There’s side lying jumps, skaters, hamstrings curls, you’ll want to make yourself familiar with a figure 4 stretch after this class…. and for the days to follow.

Shakes Galore
Get ready to Feel the Fire in this intermediate class with the fabulous Teagan. She’s going to take you through a full body workout where you’re guaranteed to feel those Pilates shakes. Expect all the layers and coordination challenges in this class, with lunges, planks, and single arm work throughout. A great class to challenge your form and alignment!
Week 5

All Or Nothing
If you want a little bit of everything, this class is for you. Expect cardio to warm up, challenging alignment work, single arm strength, planks, legs in straps and plenty of full body burn throughout. This dynamic reformer flow will keep you moving, challenged and feeling strong from start to finish. Raff and Kate will show you how it’s done while pushing your strength, control and endurance every step of the way.

Functional Fire
Join the amazing Jordy in this functional, strength-focused class. You’ll be working on heavy springs for your legs – think deadlifts, scooters, and some spicy double arm work, as well as hands and legs in straps. The perfect full body workout!

Elite Moves
Join the amazing Teagan and Hannah in this advanced full body flow packed with seriously challenging movements. Expect 4-point kneeling work, deep lunge sequences, splits, squats, and single arm work that will test your strength, stability, and control from start to finish. This session may push you outside your comfort zone and feeling those pilates shakes
