Week 1

Move Intuitively
Join the amazing Caitlyn in this beginner-friendly flow! No equipment is needed for this session. You’ll start with legs in straps to warm up, followed by kickbacks, side-lying leg work, and some double arm exercises. This class is a great low impact workout with simple, effective movements that will leave you feeling amazing. Enjoy your workout with Caitlyn!

The “Go To”
Join Tara & Rusty for a class collection of their Go To exercises. Those that we do “without thinking” as soon as we see a Reformer and immediately start to move. They are our favourites because they not only work but immediately make us feel more mobile and awaken and lengthen the body. They activate muscle groups that need to be worked throughout the day to counterbalance the amount of sitting, leaning forward and our general daily battle against gravity.

Technique, Form & Fundamentals
Join Teagan and Michelle in a Beginner workout that is taking it right back to the Pilates fundamentals. This beginner friendly session is going to educate you on how to get the very best out of even the most simple of exercises. Remember just because they’re simple doesn’t mean they don’t burn!! Footwork, side lying legs and woodchoppers, you’ll want to favourite this one!
Week 2

Feel Good Flow
Join the Queen of Flow, Caitlyn, as she takes you through an epic beginner session! Featuring side-lying arms, tippy bird lunges, wheelbarrows, and double arm work, this class is packed with all your crowd favourite exercises. With minimal spring changes and no props needed, Caitlyn keeps the movements simple while adding her own creative flair to keep you engaged the whole way through.

Upper Body Strength
Join Kate in this upper body session where you’ll feel like there is no jar in the world you can’t open by the end of it! A hybrid class where you’ll start with seated weight work and then move over to those reformer straps. Biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back there’s nowhere for your upper body to hide in this one.

Lower Body Burn
Join the lovely Teagan and Angie in this beginner-friendly lower body burn that is going to have your glutes, hamstrings, and inner thighs on fire. No props for this one, expect glute bridges, lunges, and kneeling splits, and you’ll be sure to struggle walking up a flight of stairs after this session!
Week 3

Full Body Focus
Join Briana and Charlotte in this beginner-focused full body session. This is the perfect class to work head to toe while building confidence on the reformer. Using weights throughout, you can expect tippy bird lunges, draw the sword, reverse knee tucks, and more. With a fun mix of strength, balance, and control, this feel-good flow will leave your whole body feeling strong and energised.

Strong Start
Join Denny in this beginner-friendly session where you’ll be working with heavy springs to really feel the burn. Expect simple, foundational movements performed on heavier resistance to help build strength, control, and confidence in your Pilates practice. This class stays true to those Pilates fundamentals while still giving you a nice challenge along the way.
Week 4

Balanced Burn
Join Denny in this beginner-friendly full body workout, offering an amazing balance of a little bit of everything. Moving around the reformer in a smooth flow, you’ll target your obliques, glutes, quads, and shoulders while building strength and control throughout the body. Expect tippy bird lunges, wheelbarrows, and single arm ab work in this session that will keep you challenged while still staying approachable. Enjoy your workout with Denny!

Short Box Flow
Join Teagan in this graceful full body flow focused on control, technique and smooth movement. You’ll work through flowing upper body sequences, overhead reaches, chest work and slow controlled arm combinations with a little bit of a glute burn. Expect long lines, steady movement and a class that leaves you feeling lengthened, strong and connected from start to finish.

Spinal Foundations
Join Jordy in this beginner full body flow focused on all the different ways you can move your spine, with Charlotte showing you how it’s done. You’ll work through chest expansion, flexion and extension movements, opening up through the body while improving spinal mobility and length. Perfect if you spend all day sitting at a desk but still want that nice Pilates burn, with tippy bird lunges, single leg in straps, and core work that keeps you working the whole class.
Week 5

Joseph Reborn
Russell doesn’t just have strong form when it comes to pilates, he shows incredibly strong form when cracking dad jokes during a workout, and we love every one of them! Expect a little bit of everything in this class, stretching, strength, prone work, you’re guaranteed to finish this class feeling stronger and empowered!

Tempo
Join Briana in this full body flow focused on control, technique, and power. Expect a spicy kickback variation on the box that’ll have your quads on fire, alongside woodchoppers, rollbacks, and a quick cardio burst to finish things off and get your heart rate up. Briana plays with tempo and timing throughout the class to help you get the most out of every movement. Enjoy your session with Briana!

Elongate
Join Teagan in Elongate, a beginner-intermediate full body flow focused on reaching longer, moving with control and creating beautiful alignment throughout the body. Expect smooth upper body sequences, twisting movements, standing flow and core control designed to leave you feeling lengthened and connected from head to toe. Teagan will guide you through graceful movement patterns, steady holds and flowing transitions that challenge your strength and stability.
