
April Alignment
This monthly series is best for those that would like structure for their Pilates classes. Designed to incorporate a variety of instructions and class genres, these classes are selected from latest releases and the greatest hits of the @pilates platform! These classes are appropriate for all levels, provide you three fabulous classes each week and will be updated each month! Let’s move and groove!
Week 1

Twist It
Fire up your core and unlock your spine with this rotation-focused Pilates session designed to build strength, mobility and control. Join Kate for an all-levels friendly reformer class using the Pilates ball for an extra challenge. You’ll also need to have your wider platform inserted. Some moves to expect are side lying glutes, plank variations, woodchoppers, donkey kicks, hamstring curls and pull ups to name a few.

Evolve
Join Briana for a beginner friendly reformer class utilsing the Pilates ring. This class is a total body class that will hit your legs, arms and core. Briana will give you clear guidance and cueing for her classes, giving you key elements to focus on to upskill your Pilates form. A great one for that full body!

Superior
Superior is a beginner-intermediate level reformer class with key focus on stability & control throughout the body and within the movement. Lauren D will take you on a full body activation, firing up the full body, leaving you feeling fulfilled and strong! Expect to see wheelbarrows, bridges, hamstring work, reverse skaters and lunges, single arm strap work and some funky abdominal sequences to keep it fun!
Week 2

Move with Mads
Upper body, lower body, core, posture and balance – this is your class! Join Madi for a full body, beginner friendly reformer session using the box and the ball. Madi incorporates some strength exercises and puts her Pilates flare on them. Come move with Mads!

Bold Body Balance
In this beginner friendly, full body target reformer session with Caitlyn, you will work your way around the reformer with a few challenges sprinkled in. You’ll love Caitlyn’s flow and energy! Bold Body Balance will target all over with BOLD movement, leaving you feeling balanced with no muscle left untouched! Enjoy!
Week 3

Show Up & Flow
Show Up and Flow is a beginner friendly reformer class run by the wonderful Steph! Steph will take you on a full body flow, encouraging you to deepen into mobility and stretch, alongside some strong activations enhancing your Pilates form and technique.

Pilates Performance
Pilates Performance is an all-levels friendly class that uses the Pilates ring for some juicy activations. Join Jacqui for an open level challenge, with advancements given and coordination challenges to strengthen the mind and body connection. You’ll expect to see some single leg variations, side lying glute work, abdominal combinations and single arm work too. Let’s move!

Joyful Joints
A full- body Pilates session which will challenge your joint flexibility and increase your strength and stability with particular focus on ankle, hip and core musculature. This class is great for all levels with options to progress and regress, alongside pre- and post-natal options. The box and Pilates ring is utilised to increase challenge and support throughout this wonderful, strong class with Nat!
Week 4

Drop Set Drip
Drop Set Drip is a full body, all levels friendly class incorporating the box and dumbbells for some extra fun and spice! Jane takes you for drop sets throughout your class to challenge your strength, muscular endurance and technique. Jane’s pearls of wisdom and jokes along the way will have you smiling whilst sweating!

Pilates Playbook
This class is straight out of the Pilates Playbook. A full body workout designed to teach and challenge, resulting in a class that will leave you with a great workout and a deeper understanding of Pilates fundamentals. This class is an essential to refine technique, build on fundamentals and lock in your basic underpinning movement principles. Join Tara and Rusty for a fundamentals class that targets full body and strength – a must do class for all!
