Steph has been a certified mat and reformer Pilates Instructor for over 5 years and has recently upskilled completing her Clinical Pilates Studies. Steph’s background in movement started with dancing of 15 years prior to becoming an instructor and has always felt passion in movement. She believes movement strengthens her mentally and physically and is a way of getting out of her head and into the body. Steph loves being able to share her passion, Pilates style and philosophy beliefs with others whilst incorporating her knowledge into spicy flows. She can’t wait to connect on the platform, looks forward to challenging you and allowing you to feel good in your body!

Join Steph for a full body reformer session that is core heavy with strong legs. This session will work the shoulders, back mobility as well as strengthening the body overall. You’ll move through snake combinations, tricep and shoulder work, step ups, planks and lunges to name a few. Come move with Steph!
