Kate is a professional dancer that found her love for reformer Pilates early on in her career. She went on to study full time dance after high school where she earned her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management and a Diploma in Musical Theatre. Since then, she has been working as a professional dancer in the commercial dance scene.
She fell in love with Pilates as it complimented her dance training and her desire to become an instructor grew from there. Kate loves how exciting Pilates is, a dynamic workout that leaves you feeling strong and powerful. She has been an instructor since completing her Pilates training in 2019 and is so excited to have joined the @pilates Family. You’re sure to be pushed and work up a good sweat in Kate’s class.

Two powerful, strong ladies take you through Strong Legs & Light Cardio: an intermediate level class with the wonderful Kate & Charlottle. Kate will have you moving and grooving, whilst Charlotte executes and guides you through this class. This session is full body with key emphasis on the lower body. You’ll need weights, the wider platform and gondola pole for strengthening leg work and simple cardio bursts, sprinkled with a little bit of upper body. Let’s Move!
